Hi all.... Problem with doors? Mercedes Citaro

Problem with doors on our buses.
So rear doors open.... No problem there... BUT.... if someone gets on our bus.... Using the handle on the door as support.... The door moves..... In other words it doesn't hold steady.... Its loose and floppy.....
..... Anyone know the reason why? The bus has been sent away.... Mercedes say its been fixed.... But the problem has come back. There is a switch in the space above the door.... That been checked and is fine.
