A list of puns related to "Max Gaines"
Hey guys, somewhat experienced investor here and need your input on something. I fully understand how QYLD works and how it actually returns less than an index fund's capital appreciation. However, there's something I want to discuss, and that's investing on margin.
So QYLD roughly returns ~1% (closer to .9, but let's use monkey math for all intents and purposes), of the value per month in dividends. So let's say I have $100 in I am making $1 back per month. There are multiple brokerage services such as M1 Finance that allow me to borrow money at 2.5% APR or ANNUAL percentage rate. So if I borrow $100 to buy $100 of qyld that pays 1% back per month (roughly 12% per year or 12.7% if DRIP). Does this mean that a margin purchase would pay for itself? Did I discover free money?
Larger example, if I borrowed $100k and bought 100k qyld which returns $1k per month. But the interest on that loan is 2.5% or $2500 per year. Yet I'm making $12,000 per year in dividends. Even minus 15% or 30% tax, you still come out way ahead.
Am I missing something here???? Please advise
A while ago Bungie made some change to Ward of Dawn's DR against bosses, making it scale with Resilience, I would like to see this idea being extended to Barricade as well.
Both Barricades, according to Destiny 2's Data Compendium made by Pip1n (This spreadsheet is collection of extensively tested data of perks, mods, abilities, etc., extremely helpful):
>Both Barricades have 600 health and last 20 seconds. 5 meter Width. 25%DR when placing
>
>Barricade takes 1.3x increased damage from anti-barrier and special weapons
>
>Barricade takes 1.6x increased damage from fusion rifles and shotguns
Let's ignore the 1.3x and 1.6x since we are talking about non-guardian combatants.
What I would like to see is to give Barricade a DR that scales with Resilience, similar to the Ward of Dawn change. At max Resilience, your barricade takes maybe 85% ~ 90% reduced damage from non-guardian combatants, increases its odds at lasting the whole duration.
Also I hope the size of Towering Barricade could scale with Resilience as well, like 15% larger at max Resilience, to provide more cover.
While often players with good positioning on the battlefield doesn't need Barricade that much, and Recovery is likely still be the ideal stat. This change should hopefully provided a bit incentive to invest in Resilience in PVE
Edit: I am not saying punishing 0 Resilience users. Barricade at 0 Resilience will be left as it is right now. It gets buffed from Resilience 1 all the way up to Resilience 10
Hello,
I enjoy theory crafting, so maybe you guys can help me up with this.
- Warrior: Spellbound + (which tail?) + (should it go for weapon or werewolf?) + (can it get wolf + wings? wiki says it is compatible, but maybe i should get them in a specific order? Theme - Wildermyth Wiki )
- Hunter: people seem to dislike ranged hunters for some reason, and i am not sure if they are viable comparing to a OG warrior. Any ranged builds? (for melee builds, check this out from risingdusk: Walking Lunch Build Guide: Backstab Hunter | Wildermyth - YouTube )
- Mystic: people seem to love fire transformation, but anything else? looking for ranged builds :)
similar question: apart from spellbound (which i understand has to be taken before others), are there other transformations which are just a "plus" and do not deprive the character of something else? EG: the star quest which remains after legacy is a permanent bonus
thanks for the answers in advance :)
I'm not sure if this is the right subreddit. If not, can someone point me to the right place?
For example, is it possible to increase the max number of pushups (or pullups) I can do in a row without gaining muscle or at least minimizing muscle growth? I know this is a strange question since most want to increase muscle size, but I do not. I want to increase strength and endurance without the bulk.
I'm new to fitness, but I heard that people that train for strength do low reps with the hardest progression or heaviest weight. They want to do exercises in a way that focuses on the connection between the muscles and the nervous system. I also read that being sore will lead to muscle growth. So, in order to prevent muscle growth, I would have to take long rests in between sets?
How would I go about this if I wanted to increase my max reps for a single set without the added muscle? For example, if I could do 2 pull-ups, would doing strength training like doing harder variations or adding weight, would that lead me to be able to do more regular pull-ups? Then rest and do as many regular pullups (or a variation easier than the hardest I would be at), Then rest and go back to the strength training. Then continue the cycle of alternating between strength training, doing low reps with the hardest progression or heaviest weight, and endurance training, doing as many regular pull-ups as I can in a row until I fatigue. Also for the endurance part, could I do variations harder than the regular pull-up but easier than the hardest variation I'm currently at. For example, let's suppose at some point I am able to do a one-arm pull-up, hypothetically speaking of course. For the endurance part, could I do as many archer pull-ups as I can in a row until fatigued instead of just the regular pull-ups? Similarly, could I add weight, but less than the maximum weight I am able to do? So, instead of just doing regular pull-ups in a row until fatigued, I do regular pull-ups with weight added. If my max weight for like 2 reps is 40 pounds. Could I do regular pull-ups with 20 pounds of weight added until fatigued?
Would the alternating between the strength and endurance (up to fatigue and not failure) training help me to accomplish my goal of increasing strength and endurance without the bulk? Could I use a similar method for other bodyweight exercises?
I'm not sure how much sense any of my ideas make or how plausible they are. I'd appreciate any advice or help. Th
... keep reading on reddit β‘I will not be a battle pass return customer. Could have gotten a lot more outta me if you did it right.
Unless there is some enormous update at launch, the a decent chunk of the playerbase is going to leave. You would think 343 would want to retain all the players as much as possible. The early launch was amazing, big publicity. Iβm sure plenty of people snagged the battle pass excited to play slayer and unlock cosmetics.
Alas, can barely do either of those. I fear a large group quit, new and old players. Unless there is a significant change at launch, Iβm afraid people will move on which is not good for the game. Die hards/fans will stay but at what cost to servers, playlists, lobbies, future content? Glad I only wasted $10 because I donβt intend to spend another dollar. Fool me twice, shame on me.
TLDR: 343 sold out for a quick $10 bucks but might have cost them more down the road with the terrible launch
Is it normal to be almost at max gain on the interface to get a good volume? Also should i go 100% on windows and change the interface volume? Or mix the windows volume with the interface gain?
Trying to figure out how the Killer bonus BP perks work. BBQ applies to total gained at end of match. Do Beast of Prey and Distressing do the same, or do they just help reach the 8k max in their category?
I did really well in Q1 and Q2 but then in Q3 and now Q4 lost all that and then some.
To simplify I will use round numbers. I realized 20k in gains (30% long term, 70% short term) and then realized 23k in losses over the past week to get the maximum tax offset for the year. The amount I wanted to trim coincidentally came out to the above.
I also paid quarterly capital gains tax at the end of Q1 totaling $3,000. That will be returned to me once I file, correct?
I have never done this before so I just want to see if you all have any suggestions. Thanks so much.
This is with comparison to Bitcoin. If no manual burn is done to maybe reach atleast the billion mark, then that's all what this coin is capable of. Don't expect any lambos or yatchs if you have a small bag with you. If you haven't invested atleast $1000 in to this, stop hoping that SHIB will be your one way ticket to financial freedom. I'm here to give you a reality check.
HOLD IS ALL THAT MATTERS. This is your 1 and only time ever to set YOUR price. I got plans. >500k ...Nfa
