So If I am not mistaken, both Hayden and Philander are given temporary assignments after Misbah and Waqar's departure. But I was wondering what are your thoughts whether PCB should offer them permanent roles to continue on. I personally feel these two have really made some significant improvements in the team and this is the first time since CT 2017 I am seeing the team as a formidable unit that has the potential to win WC. I just feel PCB can make another blunder by employing another mediocre coaching unit like Misbah and Waqar, and our team will again go 2 years back again.

I have been here for 3 short months with my head down working together with our community 24/7. When I arrived, the vibe wasn't where it needed to be to give us the operationalizing organization we needed to drive the results that MATTER and on a consistent basis. However, that gap was overshadowed by the priceless resources, contacts, community, and tools we already had in our arsenal. The only thing missing was figuring out how to best connect the dots to give us a realistic shot to WIN BIG.
My adrenaline has been pumping non-stop since I started. My soul hasn't allowed me to rest and my body has given me the endless fuel to keep it pushing while others slept. It is clear to me now, I am home.
Life is short and money is a weapon used to distract us from getting the most out of our life journey. It is the lubricant of life but also the root of all evil. A double edged sword you could say.
BALANCE, is the key. Make sure you have what is needed to keep a roof over your head, food on the table and ensure your bills & family are taken care of. If you can check those boxes, you are in position to help make the world a better place.
