So in the Kenganverse, we all know the number one biggest full contact karate organization is rokushin, the second biggest would be meido, this is where shingoro belong to. So rokushin and meido are rival so their relationship is a little bit tense. Currently, Katsuya's title is the King of Rokushin. Joji, Muto Shinya, and Jin are the Rokushin Top Three, and then there is a group of senior black belts that are quite powerful. Meido however, it was stated that Shingoro - the King of Meido is the only one that is exceptionally strong in Meido, the rests are really not that strong.

Rokushin is very powerful, it has millions of members across the world and so it has a lot of influence in the government, medias, law enforcement just like Kengan.

I think one of the rokushin member that people don't realize is Tanigawa Sadaaki, the head of Tanigawa General Hospital. This is the hospital Koga went to after he lose to Kokuro. I think they just rotate between St. Goddamn Hospital and Tanigawa General Hospital every time they got injured.

The man that is standing next to Tanigawa is another rokushin member: Take Masaharu - Chief of Police, these two were consider the shadow of rokushin, as they would use their influence to cover up any bad track of rokushin.
