Recently I listened to The Ballad of Anne and Mary. It's a musical audiodrama about a couple of gay pirates and the journalist who wants to tell their story. It's great. The story is touching and the songs are super catchy. I love stories set during the 1700s piracy era. I think it's one of my new favorite musical ADs. My only criticism is that I wish it was longer, though I understand that it takes a lot of work to produce musical ADs.

I love Mary Anne! I think she’s always been my favorite. Although as an adult I’ve learned to say that she’s not as always sensitive as the claims her to be lol. One of her negative traits is that she’s very judgmental at least at the beginning. Her relationship with Logan is very blah too. I appreciate that she doesn’t have a special talents like Claudia and art, it makes her way more relatable. I also really loved her makeover. She looked really cute with bob especially on book 131 or 109. I’ve loved all three versions of Mary Anne in the media too. I like to imagine the hbo version of her is after she hit her growth spurt lol.
I find them extremely cringe. 80% of their content at this point is just her making jokes about him proposing. What’s more interesting to me is that he just looks awkward when she brings it up, and fair enough 🤷♀️ If you really want to marry him, propose and give him a genuine option to say yes or no
Hello! I am attempting to get more visibility on Mary Anne's case because I haven't seen much publicity for it. She disappeared in Anchorage, AK after moving 400 miles to go to school, and was last seen in a not-so-great part of town.
Youtube video on her disappearance
She disappeared in 2012.
