Hey Rockvillians. I have been apartment shopping and I recently found out that Mallory Square had an engineering issue that cause apartment flooding and eventually developed humidity and/or mold issues.
But my question is why was it deprived from (or chose not to) lease unit for about a full year. I believe this started over a year ago. It explains why so many of their units are empty (~40%).
They have some nice move in incentives but I am concerned it building is or has been a health hazard.
So...at the west end of the parking lot, against the fence at the water, there are five or six parking spaces that are NOT mark with ‘No Parking’ but are marked on the fence about ‘Unauthorized’ access blah blah.
The question is: are they available for parking or are they reserved for something special or are the signs in the fence for when there’s a cruise ship in or something?
My girlfriend and I took our first trip to Key West a couple weeks ago. It was so wonderful!
We did a sunset sail on Danger Charters and it was amazing, but we missed seeing a sunset from Mallory Square.
For those of you who have done both, what do you prefer?

Has anyone vended at Mallory Square? Are you a local or a "guest" vendor? What are the customers like?
