A list of puns related to "Maleate"
Day 1: Today I'll try timolol maleate drops in my eyes. Besides VSS, I have heavy eyes, dry eyes and "Ocular water evaporation" caused by stress and exercises (which can be see using eyeglasses). Coffee makes my eyes to be even more heavy and dry, and scientific studies shown that coffee slightly increases the intraocular pressure. So, im thinking i have some excess of "inflamatory citokines travelling through my slightly excessive intraocular aqueous humor". I heard from a familiar that timolol maleate helped to extinguish these symptoms that i described. Wish me luck, guys.
I am currently tripping on both substances, having DXM as a dissociative and Brompheniramine a moderate anticholinergic deliriant. I am quite enjoying it.
Iβm wondering because Iβve always gotten the maleate version with my prescription but my pharmacy just gave me regular Fluvoxamine, doesnβt say maleate this time.
Thankful for every advice π
I have had rosacea and acne for several years, which my dermatologist also diagnosed. I have tried various things to treat it, tried to adjust my lifestyle and much more but have had no real success with anything so far. I see some improvement, but it gets worse quickly each time and I havenβt had clear skin in over 4 years. Mentally it stresses me out, but I kind of have come to terms with the fact that I will never again have good skin like I used to. But I would still like to have a more or less constant condition, better than now.
In recent years I have also developed various allergies and intolerances and therefore already suspect an imbalance in my microbiome. A few months ago I went running and developed a strong allergic reaction (I still donβt know the exact cause but think it was pollen maybe). I used fenistil gel with the active ingredient dimethene maleate to relieve the itching and hives also on my face. The next day the rash was gone and my skin looked much better also in relation to my rosacea and acne. A few days later my skin looked completely clear, all pimples and redness were gone! I wasnβt sure if it was really due to the fenistil gel and tried to find out on the internet about the effect on rosacea and acne. I found nothing and after a week my skin slowly got worse again.
Today I wanted to clarify and used the gel again on the face. Itβs been three hours and my skin already is much better and more even.
Now I wonder if using the gel occasionally has any negative effects on the skin and especially I wonder why my skin reacts so positively to it. Could it be that my real problem is not rosacea and acne but allergies?
I have already made an appointment with my dermatologist, but unfortunately I have to wait until January.
Has anyone had a similar experience or heard anything about that?
Forgot to mention, I'm also aware that Diphenhydramine (Benedryl) also makes me sleepy, obviously because it's also used to treat insomnia.
Also, I need to note that I also have a pack of Allegra (Fexofenadine Hydrochloride). I'm hesitant to use it because it's the most expensive of the bunch. I might give it a try later.
I have been thinking about the following pathway from methergine to LSD. I have a few questions, though.
https://preview.redd.it/iaiu757z9dg61.png?width=853&format=png&auto=webp&s=6118759407aeb943b12fb43f58b1e3fc44c4783d
The idea would be to reflux the methergine with excess sodium isopropoxide under anhydrous conditions in isopropanol (magnesium isopropoxide was recommended to me as a desiccant). Then, the solution would be refluxed again with an excess of diethylammonium chloride. This ought to leave me with a racemic mixture of (+)- and (+)-iso-LSD.
A) What is the best way to separate the enantiomers?
B) Are there less exotic reagents that might work other than the sodium propan-2-olate, diethylammonium chloride, and magnesium dipropan-2-olate? They are supposedly available on alibaba, but who knows.
C) Are there any obvious reasons why this wouldn't work that I missed?
D) Any general advice like purification steps to be added, or recommended reflux times/temps?
Copped a bottle of this stuff it says 10mg codeine and 4mg chlorpheniramine per 5ML of liquid. Anyone had any experience with this stuff? Whats an ideal dose to start with im a bit wary.
Ive been taking codeine tabs for aslong as i can remember but ive never had lean. Usually 60mg or 90mg twice a day is my regular dose for codeine.
Just wanted some advice on this stuff if anyone can help.
What dose, what to mix it with etc
Cheers!
My doc prescribed me prochlorperazine maleate after I told him that Zofran wasnβt cutting it (and gave me such bad headaches). Iβve never tried it before. Itβs also an antipsychotic and sedative so Iβve been too scared to try it lol.
Iβve tried Pepto, dramamine, I use a med card for intractable nausea/vomiting. Ive tried tramadol for the pain, Ive tried ativan, etc. But I still canβt really tell if anything really helps at all.
Does anyone have any personal experience with prochlorperazine maleate?

... keep reading on reddit β‘I thought my neurologist was just giving me another "whatever" medication when he prescribed Tomolol Maleate tablets (beta blocker), so when it ran out I didn't refill it. Within a couple days, migraines were back. I had forgotten what full blown felt like.
Having trouble getting refill....I'll spare you the pharmacy saga.
Fast forward thru 5 days of ick. Took one of my daughter's Propranolol tablets and had a good day. Same the next day. Then didn't take and back to feeling like shit. Obviously, beta blocker does something for me. I also do Ajovy.
Posting this in case it can help someone else. <3
is there a dangerous drug interaction if there is 2mg per 10ml of chlorpheniramine maleate in the bottle?
