A list of puns related to "Luxembourg Income Study"
Dear all,
I just got accepted into a PhD programme in Psychology at the University of Luxembourg. I’m absolutely excited!!! Just one question I’ve been holding back at the interview - how much do you make as a PhD student (gross/net) and how are the living costs on this salary? Thanks!
Hello!
We are a small team working on a pilot study focussing on the stages of treatment of lower back pain (LBP), and we are curious about how the general patient journey might look in Luxembourg. We are especially interested in how the journey might differ from the Danish one.
In Denmark a general patient journey might look like this:
In Denmark the doctor (GP) is free, but you pay out of pocket for specialists like chiropractors and physiotherapists. Private insurance can be used to bring down the cost.
We will use the answers to build a preliminary model of the patient journey and as a stepping stone in our dialogue with LBP specialists in your country.
Thank you very much for your feedback and for your time.
Hi all,
My wife and I are filling the tax return document together for 2020. She is working in Lux while I worked in Germany as a student assistant (hi-wi) during 2020. There are a few things we couldn’t understand, so if you have also worked in Germany any help is appreciated. I have my Lohnsteuerbescheinigung (LB) and we are using taxx.lu for the moment.
What does “social contributions (total)” correspond to in German system? Is it Rentenversicherung + ”Kranken und Pflege-Pflicht Versicherung” ?
In (LB) there is a field called “Arbeitskammer für Lohnsteuerbescheinigung” and it says 0.75 Euro right next to it. Where should I put this in the tax form?
I can also send you the (LB) in private if you need it. Thank you very much!
Edit: many of you need to read the rules of this subreddit before you respond. There are rules about trolling and rules about evidence. You're just wasting your time if you write a big long post that's full of conjecture and no evidence.
