Since I did ADIAML first, I thought working backwards would be best. So, Love + Fear is next in line.

I feel like I’ve been seeing extra hate for the album lately and I’m not here for it, L+F was one of the best albums of 2019 and it really doesn’t deserve any of the hate it gets just because of it’s unique sound and simpler visuals. Lyrics are also completely on point too with the MARINA touch laced onto it, so there’s just no reason to trash the album within any given time imo 🤷‍♂️ 🤍🖤

Idk if this really belongs in this sub because it’s not a joke, but Marina and the diamonds was one of the only musicians I ever became truly obsessed with (along with Charli XCX and Lana) and I was a fan since I heard Oh No and I am not a Robot in 2010. Wow over a decade.

But the point is, even though she’s been my favorite artist for my entire teenage and adult life, it’s unfortunate that I’m not really excited for any of her new music that’s come out after her Magnum Opus Froot.

And I realized the biggest thing missing is what I fell in love with, relatability. Marina felt like the only person in the world who understood me when I found her as a teenager. Her lyrics were so raw and unique in a way that made her hard to compare to other artists.

Since she’s become successful and gotten older, she doesn’t have the same problems she had back then, and her lyrics have shifted from the themes that made me stan to very broad and not especially profound observations about society and the world at large. She went from this intimate singer who felt like her albums were diaries, to being just kind of preachy... Even though I agree with most of her politics.

Hello everyone! It is now Monday, which means the Love + Fear survivor begins! I'm excited to see which songs you guys pick, since i honestly have no clue which ones will be eliminated first. This is also my first time doing a survivor, so if i do anything wrong or if you have any recommendations let me know!

Enough of the rambling, let's get this party started!

This is gonna piss some people off but the truth needs to be said. Not all MBTI + enneagram combinations are possible, and enneagram is far more than just motivations and desires.

Sure, motivations and desires are a factor when determining your enneagram, but it is far, FAR more than that. Just because you relate to a certain fear/motivation, doesn’t mean you’re that type. By that logic we’d all be every single enneagram type to a certain extent. Enneagram is not just about fears and desires, there’s also ego-fixations, defence mechanisms, holy ideas/beliefs, vices, and virtues, and all of these + fears/desires create specific behaviour among each enneatype. There is no way you’re an 8 just because you fear being vulnerable, or that you’re a 2 because you fear not being loved. These are basic human fears. You need to have the other prereqs above to be a certain type. Most of these are also stored in the unconscious mind, so you’re gonna have to think and reflect carefully about the way you behave and react (from the present and past) when determining your enneatype. If you know your mbti and sociotype, you can narrow it down to make your life easier (eg. ENTJ SLE = 8, 3 with a strong 8 fix. ENTJ LSI = 1, 6, 8 etc).

INTJ 7? ISFJ 8? ENTJ 4? ESTP 1? How are these combinations not contradictory in the slightest? There’s a very good reason why almost no real (not fictional) person identifies as an INTJ 7w8 or ISFJ 8w7 etc (and if they do theyre either trolling or mistyped). There’s a very good reason why INTJ 5, ISFJ 2, ENTJ 8, ESTP 7 are common types, and thats because the ego-fixations, defence mechanisms blah blah blah of these types strongly correlate with the thought-process and thinking of certain mbti types and functions (Ti and 5, Si and 6, Se and 8 etc). It’s beyond ridiculous to unironically type yourself as an INFP 8w7. One of the most intuitive, abstract and head-in-the-cloud mbti types, somehow also being one of the most sensory, externally focused, and grounded enneatypes. It makes no sense. Wtf is an ENTJ 4w3 like? An inferior fi user being a 4? Have you read what inferior fi + dominant te is like, bcuz they contradict the nature of enneatype 4s. INTJ 4 is a little reasonable but cmon ENTJ? ok wb ISTP 2? Lmaoo. ESFP 5w6? 🚨Mistype alert🚨 There is no way you can be any of those types just because you relate to their fears/desires and thats it. That is plain stupid and nonsensical.

One thing I noticed about this album is the tracklist just doesn't mesh with me. The individual songs are amazing and some of my all time favs in her discography. By listening to the album this way and deleting some songs and adding one, sorry if these are your favs, it's a whole new experience.

With the Omicron variant causing stirs, and yet another story of Tether printing over a billion dollars overnight, its fair to say tensions are high as the prices have been bleeding slowly after some glorious pumps in OCT/NOV. Sometimes a different perspective is all you need. Zoom out and breathe - we are here for a long time not a good time! Aside from the massive drop we had, we are still doing well for the year. Sometimes a healthy zoom out is required to really put things into perspective. Am I concerned about all the news that's come out? Not really, FUDders gonna FUD, and until crypto gets the mainstream adoption it deserves, there will always be parties trying to shut it down.

Who else has been buying up these recent dips? I know nobody knows what's next in this wild world of crypto, but what I do know for sure is my mama aint raise no paper handed bitch!

I know I will be excommunicated from the fandom for this lol: I personally like it very much, more than Electra Heart even. Dont get me wrong, Electra Heart is a very great album, it got me into Marinas music back when it came out, but if I were to rank them, for me it would be:
