What is this yellow fruit called? I found this yellow fruit on the ground in Pennsylvania (Longwood Gardens). The tree it came from had thin-ish green leaves. The fruit that was still on the tree ranged from green to yellow. The fruit smells sweet, maybe almost passionfruity.

Anyone have a pair of Longwood Gardens Christmas tickets they’d part with for way over face value?
