A list of puns related to "Lloyd Kaufman"
Greetings from Tromaville!
I thought I'd share one of my new favorite films from upcoming filmmaker, Rocko Zevenbergen, called I Need You Dead! Many of my protΓ©gΓ©es have gone off to do wonderful things such as James Gunn, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and Trent Haaga... Rocko very well may be next!!!
It's FANTOXIC! and yours truly even has a wonderful cameo in the film. Support independent cinema and to thine own self be true <3

I know James doesnβt respect our criticisms because he doesnβt see us as βcreatorsβ, and therefore we are not his βequalsβ, but what would the people he considers his βpeersβ think of his worthless excuses?
Do you think Richard Linklater has βpersonal errandsβ he lets interfere with his directing, would Jim Jarmusch close a set early before the shooting was done because βno timeβ, and yeah, Iβm sure Ari Aster is scrapping scenes and cutting corners due to lack of βwork life balanceβ. Even his hero Mark Borchardt famously neglected to raise his own children in pursuit of making film, Iβm not saying itβs a good thing but he clearly didnβt let βno time, muh kidsβ stand in his way. Obviously thereβs a level between abandoning your family, and thatβs hardly what anyone is asking; maybe thatβs what heβs worried about becoming?
I went to a Lloyd Kaufman seminar on filmmaking and he said something that I think applies: βPeople who want to make movies donβt sit around making excuses, they sit around making moviesβ. I know at one time, this was James. Probably it just isnβt, anymore.

Ask Me Anything!
Greetings from Tromaville!
Uncle Lloydie here. I have been making independent films for over 50 years, fighting to create art in the face of the mega-conglomerates who have a chokehold on the content and distribution of the baby food you see in theatres today. Troma has discovered James Gunn (Director of Guardians of the Galaxy), Trey Parker and Matt Stone (South Park), Oliver Stone, Samuel L. Jackson, among others. So, ASK ME ANYTHING.
I want to invite you to the NY Premiere at the prestigious Film Noir Cinema in Brooklyn from April 26th to May 2nd of βReturn to Return to Nuke βEm High aka Vol. 2β - The final chapter of the epic βClass of Nuke βEm Highβ Series: Lauren and Chrissy, two lesbian lovers, must face and defeat the most corrupt and evil forces ever to descend upon Tromaville, and the world! The original βClass of Nuke βEm Highβ opened in N.Y.C. and major markets in the 1980s and is considered an independent classic. We are bringing Troma's lesbian love story back to my hometown, where I made feature-length movies for 50 years, 45 of them with Troma! I will be in person for QοΌA opening night, April 27th and 28th, at the Film Noir Cinema (www.filmnoircinema.com). Friday, April 26th to Thursday, May 2nd at 8pm. $15.
There's lots to talk about. I can't wait to answer your questions.

Yes it works with WMR and the Valve Index/ Knuckles
Hereβs the inside scoop: Thereβs a big patch coming today that will further stabilize things for Djinni & Thaco on the Valve Index and WMR! There were previous known issues of a height check where folks were getting stuck in the ground. This was fixed and tomorrow it will be cemented.
Weβll also be formally marking the Index and WMR as βSupportedβ on our store pages.
In the coming weeks we are taking things further with Valve Knuckles controllers with one to one hand animations and more.
The first episode to actually make me quit out back in the old days was Game Glitches. This time its Toxic Avengers, Lloys is just not funny, or like, he thinks we are laughing with him but it feels more like laughing at him in some kind of elder abuse. Either way I can't do it.
This happens every few years where I rewatch all of AVGN, or rather, try to, and stop after a string of post-100 bad episodes.
But this time I found this subreddit and whoa you guys make the vids I haven't seen sound awful. Are there any post-Lloyd Kaufman worth watching?
The show starts at 9PM ET on the It Came From Shudder channel! As a reminder, you will not have access to the live feeds if you subscribe through Amazon Prime. If you need to subscribe to Shudder, you can get a free month using promo code TROMA or SHUTIN. If you can't catch it live they're normally added to the Shudder on demand library on Saturday afternoon.
This week Joe Bob will be joined by the legendary founder of Troma Lloyd Kaufman! In the standard Troma fashion of going a bit against the grain, Lloyd spoiled the secret of which movie he would be watching with Joe Bob, so we know one of the movies is Troma's War from 1988.
Aside from that we have this clue that Joe Bob tweeted earlier this week.
>Hints for this week's movies: the first one is made by a low-budget genius who went high budget and crashed. The second one is made by unknowns who ended up with worldwide distribution.
In the normal Joe Bob style he is going with this season they are pretty vague. As far as what the other movie could be or possible guest, there have been no other clues by anyone.
TL;DR - Joe Bob Starts at 9ET, LLOYD KAUFMAN, Troma's War, join the discord and watch with other horror fans https://discord.gg/sHyjrdQ

Let's discuss...
Working with Lloyd Kaufman on Djinni & Thaco: Trial by Spire was an amazing experience! He was really great and always shows a lot of support for independent creators. https://www.thegamer.com/lloyd-kaufman-djnni-thaco/
No Troma movie for us UK folks, but hopefully we'll get whatever the second movie is.
