To all the noobs , meme coins ex holders :MXC did the same kind of partnership that Binance did with ACH , and listed it very fast. Binance should, in all logic, follow . They are bigger and thus slower . BUILDING MOMENTUM is the most important thing ( buy the rumor sell the news isn t it?)

Momentum is clearly set on, with the overall bearish sentiment of these past couple of months definitely behind us we can watch our investements grow again. Some just joined the party., and to them I ll say : Don t chase gains , let the serious projects do their thing , sit back and relax. Learn, educate yourself. Take a couple of minutes per day to check whatever u d like to know about. No , u re not going to become an overnight millionaire if u had put 200$ , but you can make it grow substantially, take some profit , re invest elsewhere , etc. Some projects will clearly do better than others, up to you to spot them early on. The overall bullrun part 2 is clearly initiated , how long will it last ? normally to the end of the year, maybe longer - prolingations in 2022? ( supercycle) or shorter ( black swan event toward the end of the year?) . No one really knows and can predict exactly how this will go, we can only make forecasts and weather changes fast , especially in crypto.

What is this building in Seattle used for? It was bought in 2008 by some kind of shell corporation with only a lawyer listed as contact, which seems odd.

Hi,

Just came across this on Google Maps.

If you look at 737 S Stacy St, Seattle, WA 98134 you'll find Keller Plumbing Supply. One spot to the left, across the train tracks, is another building. It looks pretty modern on Streetview, not like it's abandoned or anything. I found it odd that Google doesn't have a pin on it; they have pins on most buildings.

I went to https://gismaps.kingcounty.gov/parcelviewer2/ and found that plot of land. It says:

>Present use:Warehouse Property name:SYSTEM TRANSFER & STORAGE Jurisdiction:SEATTLE Taxpayer name:SIXTH & STACY LLC Address:2400 6TH AVE S 98134 Appraised value:$10,834,000 Lot area:71,060 Levy code:0010

So the property name is SYSTEM TRANSFER & STORAGE, which appears to be a Seattle moving company. Their website is https://www.systemtransfer.com/ which appears to be a bit light on details, but whatever. But now that I know that building's address, I took it and punched it into http://web6.seattle.gov/DPD/ParcelData/default.aspx and that got me the property record, http://web6.seattle.gov/DPD/ParcelData/parcel.aspx?pin=7666203501

Now, I see that System Transfer & Storage seems to have sold the building to Sixth & Stacy LLC on January 1 of 2008. But for some reason the Property Name was never changed? That seems odd. Apparently the property is worth nearly 11 million dollars.

We also have a Taxpayer listed as SIXTH & STACY LLC with Taxpayer Address PO BOX 95939 SEATTLE WA 98145. Kind of strange that their address is listed as a PO box.

If I look up Sixth and Stacy LLC (which by the way is the address of this building - basically someone set up a company just for owning this building?), I find this listing: https://www.bizapedia.com/wa/sixth-stacy-llc.html

Which shows that the executor of the LLC is a "Mark Strasburg", who appears to be a lawyer with an office at 1191 2nd Ave Ste 1800 Seattle, WA 98101. So why isn't that the Taxpayer Address listed, if he's the guy responsible for the LLC? Also, I notice that this LLC was created on January 1, 2008 - precisely the day the building was purchased.

I'm not totally up to speed on how companies owning each other works and stuff, but it seems odd that this
