In that scene with Jon and Melisandre was outstanding. The raw emotion in his voice when he was speaking about Shireen is up there with any of the best instances of acting in the entire series, in my opinion. You could feel the hurt in his voice.
Props to Liam Cunningham, he always nails it but tonight I think he went to a different level.
