Is it possible to re-enable the flame effect for all jet engines? Ya I know it was removed for realism, but I like using custom skins from time to time and just found out about the custom flame effects. Would really like to find a way to enable it on my client.
Looking for a story driven game where I can get lost in the character's narrative. TLOU series is one of my all time favorites. RPGs like Bethesda games and Witcher 3 are also top 5 for me. Not sure where to put my $30. Iβm on PS4 pro, graphics are important to me. Iβm a 4K 30 > 1080 60 kind of person.
Thats the question, did she make positive movements in your eyes and is her legacy good
So I have somebody I'm working out a legacy deal with (not from Reddit). I'm debating between TS, V, or AA. I'm looking at laser rifles. They have ultracite and regular. Is the ultracite the better option? Also, can I upgrade a regular too an ultracite? (I didn't see the prime recorder on wikipedias entry for it?). Tesla rifles: is exploding worth it? Also, what would an automatic laser rifle and a semi automatic laser rifle be perk wise? Commando? Any help/tips would be appreciated!

JGT Grand Finals - Ken vs. Bombsoldier (Recorded by Bach)
If you happen to be a newer player (welcome to this badass game btw), you may have or may not have heard of an old school player named Bombsoldier. If you haven't, well here's some history.
Bombsoldier was an up-and-coming Falco player in Japan around 2005. No one really knew of him, but he became famous when he attended Jack Garden Tournament, a tournament held in Japan. Not only did he tear through the top local players at the time, but he also faced Ken in the grand finals. He displayed technical ability and speed never seen before at the time. He no longer is active, but for his short career he forever made his mark on the metagame of Falco.
The above link contains an article by The Phantom Shine, and he lists many things that Bombsoldier either pioneered or made more popular, such as Firestalling, sideB shortening and using lasers to extend combos. I also linked the finals of JGT if you haven't seen it.
Some things not mentioned though were his excellent use of crouch canceling to combat Ken in the finals, among other things to be noted.
In the above clip, you can see Ken tried to uptilt Bombsoldier on a platform, but whereas most Falcos back then would just shield or sidestep, he took the hit and did slideoff DI into shine. Keep in mind this was 2005.

In the next above clip, you can see how he knew to crouch cancel Marth's fair at lower percent and he was able to immediately counter attack with dair. Even when Ken successfully gets him off stage, he was able to sweet spot the ledge, and when he is again sent off, he techs the wall from Ken's upB and recovers. This really extended the longevity of his stocks.
Now everyone obviously harps on and on about his technical ability like I have been, but I think something we may overlook was his game sense.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I really miss the Mid Focus EQ & vintage preamp (& the others also) from the HD series in my HX stomp. They really help with getting more vintage sounds out of the device. I really hope Line6 will have these return. It seems strange to not have these since virtually every legacy effect is in there π€·ββοΈ
Also weird how the rotary effect doesn't have a ramp up/down speed parameter. Now it just jumps from slow to fast and vice versa. Also the tape echo's wow & flutter has become stereo, which is cool but when summing it to mono it becomes a chorus instead of that cool classic tape warble :( they should have the option for both right? π€·ββοΈ
I have so many feelings about "Carry Me Away" and its history. It was a standalone single in 2019, then became a track on an album two years later. An album with a (to me at least) drastically different feel. I liked the fact that we had a song that expressed how an artist's taste and style, or maybe simply intent can change over time, and that even "finished" songs are still work in progress. When the album came out and I listened to the new "Carry Me Away", I couldn't connect. When the song came out it 2019, it came at the right place and time. I had just started listening to John and this was the first new release I witnessed. I loved the song! Maybe that's why I couldn't get on board with the new version. It didn't connect. It had a different feel, in a different time and place. So I was elated when I saw the old version still up on Spotify! It was such a relief that we got to choose. Till we didn't. Had this been a CD, there wouldn't have been the option to "take it back". They would have a first pressing and could've decided to stop distribution when the album came out. But we'd have both versions. But now we don't. We have one, the new one. I couldn't find the old version anywhere, not even to purchase (on a different note, did someone buy it and is willing to share it? Or share a link to where I can buy it? I'll absolutely pay for it, if I can. Always on the side of supporting the artist. But I no longer seem to have that option). Now I feel really nostalgic for a time pre digital releases. When there wasn't an option to remove a certain song from your collection. Music is a part of our lives, songs or albums are like sonic pictures, we listen to them to remember and transcend. I guess I'm wondering how you guys feel. Not necessarily regarding which version you prefer, but how you feel about an artist (or label, I guess) pulling a song that has existed for two years. What it means for music and whether it's something you agree with in terms of artistic freedom. What you think could have motivated that decision. To me it feels strange. Like I've been robbed of something. The song was a time capsule to a certain period in my life which is now gone. Do we have claim to a song, just because it means something to us? Or should we respect the artist's wish to change history? I get that this might sounds a little melodramatic, but music means a lot to me.
I'm looking for the dialogue and a special effects audio tracks of Tron: Legacy. So, basically everything but the score. I think that this feature is sometimes available on DVDs. Does anyone know if this exists? Is there a way for me to get these audio tracks?
