A list of puns related to "Leander H. Mcnelly"
I am super impressed with the Leander H-E-B. When people were there gathering supplies for this deep freeze and the power went out at the store, they told folks to just take their supplies without paying.
That's an amazing show of humanity and putting the safety of customers first.
Back in Michigan, if that happened at a Meijer, we'd all be told to drop everything and go home.
I'm proud to support our local H-E-B!
So I just lost an eBay auction for the Dune Encyclopedia, and although I really wanted to own it (even though I have the free online copy) I couldnβt help feeling relieved. Itβs ridiculous that this book sells for so much. If you look up the reasoning for why, this is out of print, the answer is simply: because it doesnβt fit in with the canon of Brian and Kevinβs work. Now I donβt like their books, not just because of the inaccuracies, or the obvious money grabbing sentiment behind it. If you enjoy them, then great. Iβm quite frankly, jealous. I wish I could.
Either way I wouldnβt ever want to take away Brianβs right to continue his own version of his fathers work. Go for it. Iβm happy some people get enjoyment out of it. But I do have a problem with stopping others from enjoying their own version of the Duneverse. This book was published. It is in the canon for some of us, and I personally believe we should have the right to choose which way we wish to enjoy the franchise.
Anyway, to the point. I would like to start a petition to both Brian and Kevin, and the publisher, stating why this book should be released for publication to the fans.
Would anyone be interested in signing or helping with this.
As i was watching the first episode I assumed that Leander actually died of the Georgia flu. The people in the audience (and people in Chicago generally) seemed to think the flu was a distant threat (otherwise why would they be in a crowded theater or on the train?). They weren't yet used to seeing people die that quickly from the flu so the assumption from the medical people on site was that he died of a heart attack. We know that Kirsten's parents became ill that night which is why she couldn't contact them.
Watching that first episode as Jeevan gets the call from his sister while he's on the train I assumed that he had been exposed by his contact with Leander and that he was going to take the flu back to Frank. Jeevan even seemed to think that he was likely infected as he was looking around the train and then had a panic attack and got off at the next stop. But then of course, we don't see anyone at Frank's house become ill. My assumption was that perhaps Jeevan was immune as were many (if not most) of the children and thus couldn't carry the flu back to Frank. If so, that would make Jeevan a special and rare individual (we got quotes of 1 in 1000 survival - I'm assuming that was in adults).
IMPORTANT: Do you love Dan and Vadim from Aleksandr Voinov's Soldiers? Do you want another pair of violent alpha men who don't spend time agonizing over their sexuality and have zero remorse for their violent tendencies? Do you want alpha males who are madly in love with each other and devote just as much time to taking care of each other as they do planning how to kill their enemies? Do you want a gripping plotline to go along with these guys? I found what you're looking for!
The Leander Welles series is a four book series (so far) by Ashlyn Drewek that is criminally underrated but it's one of the best series I've ever read and includes one of the best books (Book 4) I've ever read:
The Mystery Of Leander Welles (56 ratings, 4.18, M/F)
The Rationale Of Leander Welles (49 ratings, 4.27, M/F)
The Damnation Of Leander Welles (48 ratings, 4.48, M/M)
The Wrath Of Leander Welles (42 ratings, 4.57, M/M)
WAIT! I know what you're thinking. You don't wanna read the M/F books in order to get to the M/M. Good news! You don't have to. Please keep reading to find out more.
Check out the ratings for the 4th book and let it sink in what this means. 4.57 with only 42 ratings and it's the fourth book in a series! I couldn't believe the ratings but after binge reading the entire series in 2 days, there was no question of giving the fourth book anything less than 5 stars. It's one of the best books I've ever read. Any genre. Any pairing. Books 2 and 3 got 4 stars and Book 1 got 3 stars.
What's it about? Leander Welles is a psychopath with an abusive past. He decides to take revenge on the people who had hurt him but he has no desire to get caught and spend the rest of his life in prison. Since it's obvious to everybody that he's the guilty one, the trick isn't just to carry out the murders but to get away with it. These murders aren't actually the main point of the series, but the aftermath is.
Here's the important part: while Books 1 and 2 together are a very well written psychological thriller that examines themes like abusive relationships very well, it's NOT necessary to read these M/F

What the actual fuck!
βAs of Dec. 7, Williamson County had $18 million of unencumbered CARES Act funds remaining. Local governments have until Dec. β
This is a disgrace! These schools need this money! These students need this money.
It is inadmissible that our officials decide to put the interests of our children aside to masturbate over an ideological culture war.

I just finished the audiobook, and I found myself incredibly moved by how tragic Arthur's death seemed in the novel. We see Arthur's last day on earth, and he displays so many warning signs for a heart attack. I think he was already having a heart attack hours before he collapsed on stage. He wakes up experiencing fatigue, indigestion, nausea, cold sweats. He assumes they're the result of everything but a heart attack.
In his final hours, Arthur is completely alone. He's been divorced three times, and his son lives a world away. His oldest friend sells his letters as trashy biography. His best friend lives far away. He flirts with a woman young enough to be his daughter, but she doesn't know him well enough to see the warning signs of the heart attack. Arthur dies alone separated from the two people who cared about him. If you set the circumstances of the looming pandemic aside, Arthur could have survived if he received treatment sooner. If Clark or Miranda had been there, they could have called told him he needed treatment.
I hit it with a wrench and it made a red dust, doesn't taste like rust though

He looked much too young to me. Turns out he's 43. I always imagined Arthur looking older than 51 in the book, at the very least tired and rundown by life.
Looking for that needle in a haystack. Have any of you had luck today?
Hello, everyone! I have recently been experiencing issues with my heart (Supra Ventricular Tachycardia) and have missed a few days of work, as a result. Management has also decided to cut back on my scheduled hours to give me time to recover. I am totally broke at the moment and could use a little help with basic necessities (food and fuel) until I get paid this coming Sunday. Once paid, I can repay the principle loan, plus $10 interest. Just need to get through the next few days. Thank you for considering my request and I hope you all a great rest of the day!
Hello Adventurers,
As you enter Tilverton (a small town located in North Cormyr,) the sun begins to set on your back, you smell ale mixed with spices and the hint of roast lamb in the air. You continue forward to see a modest wooden Inn, two floors tall and a sign of a Drunken Dwarf hanging above a door. You see light coming from the door as darkness creeps all around you and hear a jaunty tune accompanied by laughter. You enter the door and are blinded for a moment from the light in the room. There are several tables throughout the Tavern, a modest fireplace, an 8 foot bar, and a bard in the corner plucking away at a lute. There are a few tables open, as it is still early in the night. The barkeep (Half-Orc Male) looks at you as you enter the door, "Well come in, we have some lamb stew on the stove. What will ya have?" What do you do?
The game will meet every Wednesday at 6pm and will last anywhere between 3-4 hours. This will be a homebrew campaign located in the world of Faerun. I'm wanting the game to be more role-play orientated. Of course there will be plenty of fights, puzzles, and more. Magic will be considered anywhere between Common-Rare, depending on where the group travels throughout the world. I already have 1 player and I'm looking for 4-5 additional players. If you think this matches to what you are looking for please reach out to me. I will ask a few basic questions to make sure this is right fit for you and campaign. I will also go over some of the basic rules that I have for any and all of my games.
Now, the boring stuff:
Hello,
My name is John, 35 years old. I am a Dungeon Master looking to start an in person game in Leander. I have a combined experience of Dungeons and Dragons for about 4 years. Most recently have been a DM for the past two, online. I have two daughters 5 and 7, which keeps the rest of the week's schedule very full. With that being stated I'm wanting this time to be a break from the rest of the week. Looking for people who are over 21, since alcohol will pop up inside and out of the game. If you made it this far into this post congratulations, please state the name of the town above, when reaching out about the game. I'm very excited to create a new story with a group of awesome people! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
May all your rolls be 20,
John
We have a full party. I want to thank everyone for showing their interest! If something opens up I will do another post. Thank
... keep reading on reddit β‘Hi!! Iβm looking for a Leander D&D beginning group I can join! I donβt know a whole lot but really really want to learn and get involved! And resources or groups that could help me find a place would be so appreciated :)
Hey Leander! Monday, January 17th is MLK Day - Schools are closed, government offices are closed, there's no mail service, and maybe you have the day off from work. So I'd like to encourage you all to come out and be a part of Leander's first MLK Day parade & street fair from 10am-3pm in Old Town!
https://preview.redd.it/l4c4sk0piy981.png?width=250&format=png&auto=webp&s=f0aeefbce25d5b8cc1bb8717a221e15358efddd2
The event starts off with a parade (which still has space if you or your group want to walk in it - just submit the form to the city by Monday); there will be stage performances all throughout the day; and vendors will be set up for a diversity marketplace. The theme this year is "Community Unity - Bright and Bold" so wear some bright, colorful clothes like you did in the 90s.
If you have a child in LISD, there's also an essay contest with prizes for top entrants.
The entire event was the idea of our new Council Member, Na'Cole Thompson, who pulled together volunteers and has made this happen. I know many of you were super supportive of her run last year and this is a great way to come check in, say hello, and give her some love (I know I will - she's awesome!).
More info is on the city's website, but if I've missed anything, feel free to ask here :)
Hey there Cedar Park! I'm Christine DeLisle, the mayor of Leander, and I'd like to officially invite you all to our first ever MLK Day Parade & Street Fair from 10am -3pm on Monday, January 17th. It's completely free and family friendly.

The event starts at 10:00 with a parade. If you have a group that would like to walk in the parade, we're still accepting applications until Monday.
At 11:00 (after the parade) the street festival will open with stage shows and vendors.
If you have a child in LISD, there's also an essay contest with prizes for the top entrants in each category.
You all are our neighbors and we'd love to see you and your friends and family out there. Please spread the word and come join us.
