A list of puns related to "La Union"
Unions also have the right to walk on to any publicly funded jobs and ask non union workers are paying the fair wage. Unions look out for you even if you are not in a union. Please don’t ever cross a picket line.
Hey everyone, so I just landed my first big boy job, however it's in DTLA. About a 20 minute walk from LA union station.
I was leaning towards using the metrolink ($17.50) for a round trip per day. But that'll get expensive 5 days a week.
Do any of you guys work in DTLA and commute from O.C.? What type of transportation do you use? Any advice on saving transportation costs? Any advice would be appreciated.
I've been a scripted union AE in LA for about 8 years now and I have NEVER gotten this many job offers. Just want to tell anyone in reality looking to jump over or youngins starting their careers that there is a ton of demand! This article is a pretty good outline for how to break in.
Hi all! I'm a lead editor here in Los Angeles, and the production company I work for is looking for another solid, experienced, local editor to join us in editing a cowboy competition show. I figured I'd post here for my fellow redditors to hopefully get some work :D. The gig is non-union, on AVID 8.9.2, and you must be willing to come into the office to work. The rate is $3000/wk, starts asap, and will last until March. We are looking for an editor with elimination competition show experience under their belt. Please email your resume to al@glassmanmedia.com - Thanks!
Its annoying na gumastos ka at nag effort to get the requirement para lang smooth ang pag pasok mo sa Ilocos only to discover they aren't being serious anymore.
Case in point. Yung companion ko just got vaccinated last Friday. Rules dictate na need ng RT-PCR test para makapasok below 14 days. So I took the RC saliva test. Paid 1500 and hinabol ko pa sa weekend para lang ma lagay ko sa Tarana app.
Come today sa La Union, they should give me a travel pass. I just showed ang gave my vax card even yung bago pa lang bakuna. I do have the RT-PCR test ready incase tanungin. But they didn't. They just sent us on our way.
Sa Ilocos naman, I just showed our cards (without even giving our IDs and my companions even showing up in front for the officer). Sinulat lang ang name sa card and sent us on our way.
Basically, I wasted 1500 for a test that they never check. basta backunado ka bago ka pumunta.
Kung ganon na lang pala, bakit pa tayo pinapahirapan kung ganon na lang pala siste. It all just "face" to show optics na meron pa rin sinusunod na standard, but in reality its not the case any more.
