A list of puns related to "L'oréal"
It's astonishingly nice, guys. Unlike any other foundation I've used before - it's watery thin, but has coverage, is buildable, and sets completely. Every single time I've worn it people have said my skin looks good (not my makeup, my skin - the best compliment! Especially as my skin is currently in HORRENDOUS shape!)
It's completely invisible on my skin, but holy cow it makes me look healthy and radiant. The look of it is similar to how Bourjois Healthy Mix looks on me.
It sets fully so it's brilliant under a mask, and the one drawback for me is that it is drying to my skin so I can't use it every day - but my skin is parched parched desert dry so I can't imagine this would be a problem for very many people!
I mix the two light colours for a good colour match, and I also mixed it in to some sunscreen to make a bloody beautiful tinted sunscreen for my boyfriend.
Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone has tried the L’Oréal Steampod Hair straightener ((this one)?
Curious is anyone has any reviews of it in comparison to higher end straighteners (GHD, cloud 9). I’ve been using GHD for years and years, but wanting something more gentle for the hair.
Thanks
I follow so many derms and influencers and no one seems to use products from big brands. Even in this sub I rarely see them mentioned. Any idea why this is?
So I bought the L'oréal True Match Nude Tinted Serum for winter wear on the recommendations from a few users of this sub but I have no idea how to put it on! I'm not used to light coverage products so when I try to blend (with my fingers) I'm feel like I'm just wiping it off. I'm not sure about using a beauty blender either because I think it'll just suck up all the product since it's so thin but I'll take any suggestions.
Hi all is loreal serioxyl and Garnier fructus stemoxydine the same thing and as effective as each other. I currently use serioxyl but Garnier fructus is much cheaper so I would like to switch over, but I'm not sure if it's as effective I believe the percentage of stemoxydine is also not stated on the Garnier.
Advice. Thanks
Bought a L’Oréal lip stain today and am a bit unsure as to how it’s put on. I thought it would be easier than lipstick bc it comes with an applicator but someone told me it’s harder. I wanted to see a vid of someone using it so I tried searching it up but I can figure out what color this one is.
Here are some pics
Hi everyone!
I've been using L'Oréal true match as my foundation forever and it's my absolute favourite foundation, but I'm now trying to switch over to cruelty-free - can anyone recommend a swap that is similar? I'm happy to spend a little more money on something that works.
Thanks 😊
I’m looking for a full coverage matte foundation that’s easy to apply every day and this seems like a good fit. My skin is mainly sensitive/combination. I get some oiliness on my t-zone and dryness around my chin.
The miss manage L’Oréal mascara was my favourite and has been discontinued. Struggling to find a mascara that looks as good, does anyone have any suggestions/ know any alternatives to achieve the same effect.
Also I’m in the UK so preferable ones you can get here.
Thank you so much!!
I picked this up on a whim at Ulta, and when I started looking up info on it when I got home, I realized it's apparently a TikTok viral product and people love it.
Well, I am not one of those people. I have dry skin, and this stuff clings to any dry patches I have like crazy and seems like it just sits on top of the skin. And when it's wet, it kind of smells like rubbing alcohol. I also thought it would have a more natural/dewy finish, but it's pretty matte. What gives?? I've applied with fingers and with a brush, so maybe I should give it one last try with a beauty blender.
I'm just surprised that I had such bad results, when I figured my dry skin would be its target audience.
SPF: 50+ PA: ++++ Usage: Beach Time: 10 AM- 12 PM
Experience: I am on vacation at the beach right now. Today I wore shorts and spend 2 hours on the beach not swimming just sitting on the beach without shade. Before going I wore a shot glass worth of sunscreen on my legs because I knew I was going to wear shorts. Coming back to the hotel after 2 hours I saw both my legs were horribly tanned....in the picture you can see the tan lines. I thought the sunscreen would protect my legs at least a little bit. Yesterday I wore sheer zinc by Neutrogena and my legs didn’t tan visibly at all. Maybe the L’Oréal one is not heavy duty at all which is a concern for me since I have melasma. Face is also tanned but I wore 2 masks and had a hat with me so it isn’t as dire. All this to say that you all should use your brains and wear a proper sunscreen even if that makes you look like a ghost.

Review: I have really thin, wispy hair which tends to weigh down with most conditioners. My HG was Dove Volumising conditioner but since last year, it seems to be OOS. So I turned to find a new conditioner and landed on Herbal Essence White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo and Conditioner. I usually use a leave in product after I wash and condition my hair because they tend to turn frizzy otherwise. I was using camellia oil for this purpose but because of Monsoons, the camellia oil was weighing my hair down a lot.
I saw a post on amodimethicone here (thank you!) and searched for products with them. I found out my HG conditioner had it too and the search led me to L'Oréal Paris Dream Lengths No Haircut Cream Leave-In Conditioner. I could have gone for the wash-off conditioner too, but I wanted to try the leave-in.
I use it after I wash-condition hair and it has dried down a bit. I put around half a teaspoon in my shoulder length hair when half wet and let it air dry. My hair has never weighed down, no greasy feeling at all, and I enjoy the strong fragrance it leaves in my hair. My mother has 2a, thick hair and it works for her wonderfully too.
Pros: Available easily, relatively cheap, does not weigh down my hair, claims to protect hair from heat up to 180 degrees.
Cons: The fragrance might be overpowering for some.
Will I repurchase? Already placed an order, as my mother has taken my bottle.
