A list of puns related to "Krk Systems"
Obviously I'm not trying to use this as a "Snake Oil" for sound treating a room but I'm wondering if it does help in a room that has little to no treatment. Interested in seeing what you guys think.

I'm sure a lot of people can relate: I get my mix sounding great (to me) and then i check it in my car and things are just way off. The whole thing sounds muddy, it loses a lot of high end and dynamics, the kick gets buried in the low end, and the mids are a but too overwhelming.I am mixing on a set of KRK Rokit 5's and I check my mix in my DT 770 Studio headphones. Both sound great, but the car is way different. Should I be tweaking based off of what i learn from car listening? How do I mix for best compatibility among a wide range of speakers when all I have is what I have?
I should mention that my car sound system is great, its a 2018 Outback stock sound system and I really enjoy how my favorite music sounds out of it, so I know it's not just bad car speakers.
Go post NSFW jokes somewhere else. If I can't tell my kids this joke, then it is not a DAD JOKE.
If you feel it's appropriate to share NSFW jokes with your kids, that's on you. But a real, true dad joke should work for anyone's kid.
Mods... If you exist... Please, stop this madness. Rule #6 should simply not allow NSFW or (wtf) NSFL tags. Also, remember that MINORS browse this subreddit too? Why put that in rule #6, then allow NSFW???
Please consider changing rule #6. I love this sub, but the recent influx of NSFW tagged posts that get all the upvotes, just seem wrong when there are good solid DAD jokes being overlooked because of them.
Thank you,
A Dad.
Well, toucan play at that game.
Martin Freeman, and Andy Serkis.
They also play roles in Lord of the Rings.
I guess that makes them the Tolkien white guys.

Keep in mind, my son is 4 years old, so everything is an original to him.
I had to work late into the evening yesterday, and he was just going to bed when I got home. I had left home for the office nearly 14 hours prior, had a long day, lots of meetings, traffic, etc.
When I walked through the door, I was exhausted, run down, and starving. My wife hugged me and asked how my day was, and I replied, "Done. It was a good day, but has got me exhausted. I just want to grab a bite and go to bed. I'm hungry."
From my son's bedroom, I hear him shout, "Hi Hungry! Nice to meet you!"
Not only did it make me laugh, but I completely forgot about how hungry and tired I was. I went to his bedroom, and we laughed together about it. It was exactly what I needed.
Edit: Thanks for all the awards, kind strangers! I'll let my son know y'all enjoyed his joke too!

Hey guys,
I recently got the KRK Rokits 5 G4 with a Focusrite Audio Interface.
For months I had battled the thought of upgrading my old Sony Multimedia System because most the time I was using a good pair of headphones for everything. I mixed music with headphones and the old multimedia system combined, I listened to music in my car and through some bluetooth speaker that I own.. and now through my new studio monitors and the experience is weird. Sometimes I feel like its the greatest thing ever and I just wanna crank up the volume and fly away and sometimes I feel like the bass is overpowering, I can't find the right EQ preset etc. It's a very sensitive experience.
Now I remembered my start in music production, I had a phase when I felt like every track was annoying. I couldn't listen to anything properly anymore because I noticed all the different instruments at all times and how loud/quiet they were. It was unpleasant until I got used to it and enojyed music again.
These days I get a similar feeling with my studio monitors.. sometimes I feel like the bass is too crazy but then I switch the preset and then I feel like its barely there for me to enjoy anymore... I am also shy of not wanting to disturb my neighbors.. :D the list of ups and downs I am having with this experience goes on so I wonder:
TL;DR What was your first experience with Studio Monitors like? What frequencies suprised you, what did you later change in your room because you became even more purist? Was the experience overwhelming or underwhelming? Please share! :)

I did not know.
So he tells me "as Mushroom as possible!"
