Confuision over roundabout next to War Memorial
Please be kind, as this is a genuine question about the roundabout next to the War Memorial.
Does the car in the left lane, entering the roundabout from Limestone Ave need to give way at the dashed line to cars entering from Anzac Parade, or not ?(As both myself, and most other vehicles I notice slow down in anticipation to give way).As a car turning right from Anzac Parade, I would assume isn't aloud to cross the unbroken line exiting into the left lane on Fairbairn Ave. So if that is the case (please correct me if I'm wrong), why would the left lane entering from Limestone Ave have a dashed line, implying give way, if the cars coming from Anzac Parade aren't allowed to cross an unbroken line ?

TIL the US provided Laos with funds and concrete to expand an airport which could serve as a base for US fighter jets during the Vietnam War.
