A list of puns related to "Kevin Whitehead"
A few months ago, a dive into Grant Hill's Wikipedia page got me wondering. How many active teammates did he have? Curiosity piqued, I went from there and scanned over all NBA Hall of Famers and compiled their active teammates. And then did it with baseball. The NFL, with their much larger rosters, was a bit frightening, but here it is at last! First, a few ground rules.
A. Each player must have either played this year, or be on the injured reserve. No free agents, so players like Larry Fitzgerald were disqualified from this exercise.
B. Practice Squad DOES count. Tahir Whitehead played with Calvin and he's on a practice squad this year, I counted him. On the flip side, TO only played on the Seahawks practice squad in 2012, but I still counted the Hawks teammates.
C. Finally- I'm anything but perfect! I skimmed over all these rosters over a few hours, and I'm sure I missed a few here or there. Only caught Broncos Brett Kern, Steelers Brian Hoyer and Falcons Dustin Colquitt at the last moment. If you see where I erred, don't be afraid to correct me- I also used the rosters on Wikipedia, because Football Reference is murderously slow, so that might not capture the full season. Anyway, the players!

Hi everybody! So I gave myself a reading challenge based off the 50 states: For each state I'll be reading a work by an author born in said state, a poet (all native Americans poets. I couldn't find poets for a few states tho so I instead went with a native american historical nonfiction for the states I couldn't find), a fiction, a nonfiction, a historical Nonfiction, and a young adult novel. So in total I'll be reading 6 books for each state. It took me a good while to find all the books I wanted for each category but I've finally done it!! That being said, I had the thought that it might be fun to get another category going- suggestions or favorites from everybody on here. So would everybody give me their suggestions of their favorite books set in each state, or just books that you think would fit perfect with this challenge, please and thank you!! I added my list below. It's a long one!

I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
This is my first topic starter on any Reddit board. I compiled a list of teams I consider to be each side in the NRL's best 17 over that period of time. I'm asking if there should be any changes to any of the teams and who would win a fictional competition? Who would play in a Grand Final ? or even a top 8 if you wanted, I have gone on a merit-based system so Thurston doesn't make the dogs' team over Sherwin etc.

Remember when we lost all hopes by week 12 and we started looking forward to the draft? Well... how bout some nostalgia?
What positions do you hope we draft next season?
We'll have a pick between 22-32 probably, and we pick 6 times only since we don't have a pick in the 6th round (Eagles will get that)
As it stands here are the players that have expiring contracts at the end of the season:
Ryan Jensen, William Gholston, Jason Pierre-Paul, Chris Godwin (almsot certainly out :( ), O.J. Howard, Ndamukong Suh, Rob Gronkowski, Ronald Jones II, Carlton Davis, Alex Cappa, Leonard Fournette, Jordan Whitehead, Antonio Brown, Justin Watson, Blaine Gabbert, Richard Sherman, Aaron Stinnie, Steve McLendon, Giovani Bernard, Kevin Minter, Pierre Desir, Josh Wells, Curtis Riley, Andrew Adams, Pat O'Connor, Zach Triner, Dee Delaney
That's 27/60 players with contracts that run out at the end of the season.
Fair to say that most of these won't return here. It's interesting that we'd be with only Ke'Shawn Vaughn at RB at the end of the season since Gio, RoJo and Lenny are part of the list.
I think Lenny will probably get a better contract elsewhere, and I can only see RoJo stay if he accepts a lower deal. Gio is probably gone too.
So, who do you draft for next season? Who do you think will re-sign? Who do you want to see gone? What do we do?
...especially since we'll be champions, it will be kinda hard drafting at the 32nd spot :/
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.

Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.

I like both of these directors because they manage to create heart from within exceedingly cynical worldviews. Itโs lifeโs great challenge, isnโt it โ to find meaning amidst the rising tide of disillusion, boredom, and compromise that comes with growing old? This is the central theme to Wrightโs much-loved Cornetto trilogy. Within the throes of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances (a zombie outbreak, a murderous cultic cabal, the apocalypse), itโs not only how we meet lifeโs challenges but also how we evolve to feel about our place in the world? For Camus and for Wright there is only one question. And equally for both, it doesnโt require how one answers to better understand the nature of existence. Camus โ Should you kill yourself? Wright โ Pub?
Since The Worldโs End (least effective of the trilogy, released in 2013), Wright has dabbled far and wide: a star fueled action thriller, a Marvel tentpole, and now, what I will unapologetically call a horror film in Last Night in Soho. If you wanna argue about the other two Iโm happy to do so, but Iโll say at the outset that I donโt think itโs Kevin Spaceyโs fault that Baby Driver seems to be fading in popular memory and, candidly, Ant-Man remains held captive by a cinematic monolith that I canโt muster the energy to dissect. Scott Pilgrim was fine, I guess.
Soho is a story about ideas colliding with cities, in this case London. A Cornish girl (played by Thomasin McKenzie) who idealizes a Gogo-booted, sixties Soho wins a spot in a university fashion design program. Dreams of glamour and romance are first indulged, then dashed by the ghosts of London dreamers past. If we seat this film firmly within the horror genre, its tropes are easy to spot: the haunted quality traumatized places, the crumbling of sanity in the face of supernatural pressures, the film/audienceโs gaslighting of our beleaguered ingenue. Soho does this last one so well that I found myself thinking the film might take a hard turn from ghost story conventions, that we might actually be riding shotgun in a mind unraveling from genetic, psychiatric disease. Alas, no. There is a bit of a twist ending, but our heroine and her feckless companion are allowed to ride off into the sunset despite the number of felonies committed in reaction to the persecution of fucking ghosts.
The ending is a dud. We spend so much time questioning Ellieโs delusion that it seems a bit of a shame to have to return to the world of witchy nonsense in t
