Any experience with down payment assistance programs in Kentucky (specifically the Madison county/Richmond area)?

My wife and I are looking to be first time home buyers early next year, and I was curious if anyone had any experience or knowledge of down payment assistance programs other than the one offered by KHC in the Richmond area?

Advice online generally says Google your county, city, and state but not much has been turned up that way aside from KHC.
