A list of puns related to "Kenneth Horne"
For my 2022 reading challenge I have decided to read 1-3 books from every country in the world. This past year I attempted to do the same but the lack of preparation meant I was bogged down finding and waiting for books. Below is my reading list I have compiled as several people have mentioned they were interest.
Facts
It contains 520ish books with two countries I still need to find something for. 40% are female, 55% are male, and 5% are by various authors. There is a mixture of fiction and non-fiction. It includes everything from memoirs, cookbooks, histories, anthologies, legends, folkstories, poetry, plays, fantasy, romance, chick-lit, and scifi. The bulk is literary fiction.
Methodology
I started with the books I owned that I haven't read or wish to reread. I then looked through my TBR list on goodreads and reassigned those. From there I looked up my favorite authors on https://www.literature-map.com/, and included other authors similar to my favorites. From there I googled each country for their top 1-2 most popular authors. I finished with suggestions from reddit (including the country threads on r/books) and the amazing https://ayearofreadingtheworld.com/thelist/ . Authors with unlisted titles are because I was not able to find a copy of any book by the author at my library or for purchase (<7$) secondhand. These will need to be ILL and Iβll be deciding on the exact title when I apply for the loan.
Updates
I will be updating reviews of the books, as I go, on a subreddit I made for this called r/worldwidebooks . People are welcome to join me in the challenge for all of them, parts, or just to laugh.

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Hey everyone! I do these conference rankings every year so it's finally that time when rosters are more or less set for the upcoming season. This one is focused on the Pac-12 with the SEC and Big Ten already up. As always happy to here your opinions, thoughts, suggestions, etc.
Also, I have * next to players who are injured for the start of the 2021-22 season or else likely to miss some time do to other issues
The Pac-12 is a two-team dead heat sprint between the Bruins and Ducks for the Pac-12 crown. I give the slight nod to UCLA but Altman and Oregon are not far off and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they won. USC and Arizona are the next tier and I think they are solid tourney teams. USC loses Evan Mobley, but his brother Isaiah can pick up some of the slack. Arizona should be reinvigorated following the hiring of long time Few lieutenant Tommy Lloyd. Zona has two sophomores in Azuolas Tubelis and Ben Mathurin who I think are gonna be bonafide stars this year. Tier 3 with ASU, Colorado, Wazzu, Oregon State, and Stanford is a mixed bag. I expect 2 of these 5 to make the tourney as lower seeds but as to which two it beats the hell out of me. Utah, Washington, and California are either breaking in a new coach (Utah), has a lack of top end talent (Cal), or else has severely under-performed even with top recruits (Washington). UW and Utah are closer to Tier 3 than Cal IMHO but they have more glaring issues than Tier 3 teams.
Tier Rankings are as follows:
Tier 1 (Pac-12 Favorites) - UCLA, Oregon
Tier 2 (Tourney Teams) - USC, Arizona
Tier 3 (Bubble Teams/NIT) - Arizona State, Colorado, Washington State, Oregon State, Stanford
Tier 4 (Rebuilding) - Utah, Washington, California
Here are my rankings (but keep in mind the tiers where I could realistically see those teams finishing in any order within their respective tiers):
#1 UCLA Bruins
Departures: Chris Smith, Jalen Hill
Returning: Johnny Juzang, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Tyger Campbell, Cody Riley, Jules Bernard, David Singleton, Mac Etienne, Jake Kyman, Jaylen Clark, Kenneth Nwuba
Additions: Peyton Watson, Myles Johnson, Will McClendon
Projected Starting Lineup: Campbell, Juzang, Watson, Jaquez Jr, Riley
#2 Oregon Ducks
Departures: Chris Duarte, L.J. Figueroa, Eugene Omoruyi, Amauri Hardy, Chandler Lawson, Aaron Estrada, Jalen Terry
Returning: Will Richardson, Eric Williams Jr., N'Faly Dante, Franck Kepnang, Lok Wur
Additions: Quincy Guerrier, Jacob Young, D

Using tankathon for draft order. Lots of weird eligibility designations in this class.
1 Lions: Kayvon Thibodeaux OLB JR Oregon
I'm not going to be a contrarian here. I wouldn't be surprised if Dan Campbell and his staff are all fired after that debacle against the Bears - like Steve Wilks in Arizona - but I'm going to pick as if they'll be retained another season. The lack of an edge rush has been apparent all season and Thibodeaux (6'5 258) would be a plug and play impact starter. Thibodeaux has a lot of similarities to Myles Garrett coming out of Texas A&M, though he's not quite as heavy.
2 Texans: Aidan Hutchinson DE SR Michigan
Lovie Smith has the Texans defense playing surprisingly well this season. Jon Greenard has developed into a solid starting end on one side, but they have a glaring hole at their other defensive end. Hutchinson (6'6 265) would make for a great pair of book-ends, he might remind McNair/Easterby of Watt, and though he doesn't play with the same power he has a similar motor and length.
3 Jaguars: Jordan Davis DT SR Georgia
Jordan Davis (6'6 340) would be a great fit for the Jaguars 3-4 under Joe Cullen. Davis is less polished than former top 5 pick Derrick Brown, but he is more of a freak athlete. A lot of detractors cite PFF grades and pass rush ability, but NFL coaches will see the athlete and believe they can coach up his game. I think Davis has a lot of room to grow, and his background as a basketball player who started playing football relatively late in his high school support that. He plays with fantastic effort and hustle which further supports his developmental upside.
4 Jets: Derek Stingley Jr CB JR LSU
Kyle Hamilton may be more of the freak athlete, but cornerback is a more premium position, and Stingley Jr. (6'1 195) has been playing at an extremely high level since his freshman year at LSU. It's hard to argue against his value as he should be a high level starter from the get go.
5 Evan Neal T JR Alabama
Hopefully, the Jets have found their RG going forward in Laurent Duvernay-Tardif. That said, Morgan Moses is only on a 1 year contract and Mekhi Becton has had issues staying healthy. Neal (6'7 357) has been overrated a little bit in my opinion. He's had some struggles with speed and maintaining leverage against shorter rushers. He's a better fit at right tackle than left, but that would be his fit here. The best thing the Jets can do to help Zach Wilson is get the run game going, and Neal is a

This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.

First mock draft of the year. I used the TDN mock draft thing so if the picks are a bit out of order, blame them. If it seems like I know nothing about your team, I probably dont. Its halfway through the season, so cut me a little slack ok?
Detroit Lions - Kayvon Thibodeaux, EDGE, Oregon - Thibodeaux has been the consensus best player in this class since last year, and he hasnt really dont anything to make me think that he shouldn't go one. Detroit is clearly building up the lines, and Thibodeaux should provide a great threat off the EDGE for the hapless franchise.
Houston Texans - Kaiir Elam, CB, Florida - This is an absolutely awful spot for the Texans. The QB crop this year is mediocre, most of the blue chip guys are at places the Texans have decent players at, and the only player I would call a safe bet is off the board. I think the Texans punt on QB this year for another year of Tyrod and Mills. With that, I'm going to go out on a limb and have the Texans select the big CB out of Florida, Kaiir Elam. With Stingleyβs star lowering due to injuries and inconsistent play, Elam has slid up to the #1 CB spot for me, and should be a big physical CB on the outside for Houston, not too unlike last yearβs #8 overall pick Jaycee Horn.
Denver Broncos (Send 1.16, 2023 DEN 1st, 96, 194 to PHI via MIA for 1.3) - Matt Corral, QB, Ole Miss - Vic Fangio is very likely gone after this year, and whoever is coming in will be inheriting a black hole at QB. Ever since Peyton retired, Denver has had serious problems addressing the position, and I think they could take a risk here to try to fix it instead of repeatedly patching it up with journeyman QBs and late first/second round guys. Corral has been excellent this year for Ole Miss, a big arm QB with plenty of toughness and great legs to be dangerous on the run. QBs almost always go higher than expected, and I could see Denver taking a risk in the hopes that Corral can use his great talent to become a truly elite QB to match Mahomes and Herbert.
Jacksonville Jaguars - Evan Neal, OT, Alabama - This pick is honestly one I could probably write in pen at this point. Cam Robinson is probably gone, and the #1 priority for a franchise should be to protect the hell out of Trevor Lawrence. Not much to think about here.
Washington Football Team - Carson Strong, QB, Nevada - Washington really needs to address QB at this point. Carson Strong might only play for a
