In my spare time i have made a splashscreen of the framework logo for KDE Plasma desktop environments.A Splash Screen is a custom loadingscreen when starting your laptop/desktop.You can change it via the splashscreenstore in Plasma.The default splashscreen is:

So I just recently got my framework laptop and I've gotta say, it's the best hardware I've ever install arch on. Everything worked out of the box, the battery life is really good by default (even better with tlp and powertop!), and the touchpad + keyboard has a great feel. I chose the DIY option and installed my own ram+nvme SSD. Overall one of the best Linux experiences with a laptop that I've had so far. If you are looking for a new laptop to install Linux on, I recommend framework!
Hello, I am noticing that in the web search option there have some old logos that you can see in this picture. I search it on invent.kde.org but did not found.
If anyone knows where is the logo please let me know. Please add the URL of that page.

If KDE uses QT as it's GUI framework does that mean all KDE apps mimic the look and feel of other OS's they are on?
I am wondering because I am looking for a cross platform native GUI framework that also is native to kubuntu 20.04
I know QT isn't native except for KDE's case but it emulates the look and feel which is good enough for me.
I recently moved to a Linux machine running openSuSe Leap 15.2 with Plasma 5.18 and Qt5. So far it's been a good experience and I'm really enjoying the feel of using KDE as a desktop environment. However, coming from a MacOS I really miss the functionality provided by Applescripts, as I had a bunch of these to automate several tasks within the applications I was using.
The closest I could get is by using a .desktop file to add services to Dolphin. For example, something like:
[Desktop Entry]
Type=Service
ServiceTypes=KonqPopupMenu/Plugin
MimeType=application/octet-stream;inode/directory
Actions=myAction;
X-KDE-Priority=TopLevel
[Desktop Action myAction]
Name=Service Name
Exec=echo -n "%U" | myprogram
This is working really great, however, I can't seem to find any documentation on how to use these .desktop files in other applications besides Dolphin. In my particular case, I'd be interested in adding a service to kbibtex, for example, to send the selected bibtex entry to an executable program.
Is this something we can do? Are there other ServiceTypes besides KonqPopupMenu? If so, how can I list them?
Alternatively, are there other frameworks that could work in a similar way as applescripts in KDE?

- with the example above for Dolphin, I can right-click in a file inside Dolphin and perform the Exec line. I'd like to be able to do the same in other applications, for example, with kbibtex.
I 've just updated my Arch Linux to this version of the frameworks. Does anyone else noticed that the application launcher (kickoff) is very slow in its animations? Then, I don't know if it's a bug or not, but in KInfocenter some categories look strange (not a theme related issue), with no title as shown in the picture below.
Are those bugs maybe? Cheers!
