We've been doing r/triplej's "Best of" since 2016 and hopefully this year will be the biggest yet!

At this point I'm like a walking advertisement board for High Tea Music.

Honestly, since I started doing these reviews pretty much all releases coming out of the still relatively new dutch label end up here. They always manage to hit that perfect blend of established artists and newcomers, which are also perfectly distributed on the axis between beautiful liquid and cheesy dancefloor. High Tea is also consistently giving some of my favourite producers in that subgenre a platform to shine on and I'm eternally grateful for that. Don't worry, I'll namedrop them further down, just don't want to spoil anything yet! So mysterious. Especially when I already hyped most of them up in a previous review. Such an enigma this review person!

As you can tell from the title, T & Sugah are now continuing their celebration of five years of existe(a)nce (yes, I recycled that tea pun, sue me!). This time they brought together even more artists for a total of 17 excellent tracks. You know the drill, favourites first, summaries after. Ah yes, before I forget: Since most of the artists on this album, and in this selection of favourites, are extremely underrated, I'll declare this my Hidden Gem Of The Week™! Alright, let's go!

My first pick comes from a return

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.

Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

Lately I've really been into listening to fan remixes and new versions of Kpop songs. It should be no surprise to anyone who has interacted with the Kpop community online but there are some really talented fans out there who use their talents to make amazing things. Fans get so creative with song remixes and covers, and many of them could probably pass as official songs. There's even a channel that does "bardcore" versions of Kpop songs (which is essentially medieval inspired instrumentals) and its one of the best discoveries I've made in a long time. I have 3 sets of teams available in a free 8th year 4 Sport Keeper League on Yahoo. I need some legit hardcore & knowledgeable sports owners. It seems some owners have had other situations pop up in their lives, as well as some only focusing on some leagues. You must be active in all 4 sports if not, you will be replaced. If you know that you won’t stick around, look elsewhere. I’m looking for owners who are going to stay & be part of this league for years & years to come.
