A list of puns related to "Just Another Case"
Found myself comparing myself to other beautiful ladies out there and needed to remind myself of this. Also posted on r/rateme and not my proudest moment. Physical attractivess may have a number, but I'd say beauty doesn't.
Hi all,
So gutted now as we just had a case opened. We sell stud earrings and they come in small and medium sizes, due to they are pierced earrings we do not take return or exchanges.
Last week buyer A bought a pair of small and wanted to return as she wanted bigger, we politely refused and quoted our return policy, never heard from her again.
Buyer B bought the medium size 1 hour later, these earrings are our best seller and they sell all the time, so that's normal.
We shipped the new order and took picture as proof (we take pictures of every order with their shipping address as proof now after a bad experience with another dishonest buyer last year), order delivered 2 days later.
Buyer B sent us a message the day the order arrived, a pair of small earrings on their own, saying we sent him the wrong size. He didn't want us to resend but just want a return for refund. We immediately checked our photo records and realised we didn't send the wrong size. So we sent him the picture we took during packing and politely stated that we did ship the right size. No reply from him.
Immediately I thought this is so strange and then connected the dots of buyer A who didn't got to return the earrings she wanted, so potentially she's asking her friend buyer B to buy another pair and pretend we sent the wrong size, probably she didn't expect us to have picture proof. Their delivery addresses are probably 5 mins drive away.
Today, buyer B opens case and again claiming received wrong size. We again sent our picture in the case log.
This is so unfair and to be honest I don't know who's side Etsy is going to be on, and potentially I had to refund both orders otherwise could face 2 bad reviews even if I won the case (I feel the chance for me to win is small).

Age Progression of Melvin Horst
find out more about Melvin Horsts Case here
It was two days after Christmas 1928 in Orrville, Ohio. The Horst family still had the tree and holiday decorations filling their living room, and the presents received by their three small children were scattered throughout the house. The Horsts were of modest means, but the household was a happy and comfortable one. They were an average family, living in an average town, living average lives.
On the afternoon of December 27, four-year-old Melvin Horst left his home to play with two friends in the local school yard. He carried with him a red toy truck he had received as a Christmas present. When it began to grow dark, a little after five o'clock, Melvin's friends went home to get dinner, leaving him to walk home alone. He only had to travel a little over a block, through a one-thousand-foot alleyway.
Dinnertime at the Horst household was 5:30. When Melvin failed to arrive for the meal, his parents, Zorah and Raymond, immediately began to worry. He had never been late for dinner before. All they found of their son was his little toy truck, lying on their front yard. When two hours of searching failed to find any sign of the boy, the Horsts contacted the city marshal Roy Horst, who happened to be the child's uncle. A massive hunt was launched, with authorities in the surrounding communities contacted. The local radio station broadcast a description of the missing boy. For all that night and the following day, hundreds of volunteers combed every square inch of Orrville, including wells, cisterns, and even the ice-covered pond at the edge of town. It was one of the largest manhunts in the county's history. And it came up with exactly nothing. Somehow, within just yards from his home, little Melvin and suddenly and completely vanished.
The Horsts believed someone must have kidnapped the boy, but police were more skeptical. It was no secret that the family did not have the money to pay off ransom demands. The Horsts were quiet, respectable people, with no enemies. What reason would anyone have to abduct the child?
Well, there was one obvious reason, and the authorities did pursue it. Police checked out all the known "perverts" in the area. However, all these men--who nowadays would be called "registered sex offenders"--had alibis for the time M
... keep reading on reddit β‘China is apparently having the rest of their provinces update their confirmed totals in a similar way as Hubei sometime today. We are likely to see similar bump in cases and deaths today or tomorrow from all of those provinces updating their numbers. As with yesterday, it doesn't mean that there is suddenly a massive upswing in confirmed infected/deaths, it just means they are updating the amount of deaths/infected which weren't counted before.
Edit: I know for sure I saw from a website yesterday that chinese officials were changing the numbers for the rest of the provinces 'soon'. I know 100% I saw it, im trying to find it now but there's like a million coronavirus articles to shift through lol.

I bought a Viper Mini because it seemed like a really solid choice especially for the money, and it was... until the scroll wheel stopped working. It goes crazy anytime I touch it and trying to scroll down is an impossible task, not to mention clicking with the scroll wheel also doesn't work. Did I just get unlucky with my particular unit or should I buy a different mouse? I really like this mouse, I never knew how good a light mouse could be until I tried the Viper Mini, if only it wasn't defective.
PS: It's not under warranty.
Do not install FreeNAS onto a USB drive anymore I spent most of the night last night with several different USBs trying to install 11. 3 which eventually worked after 1 hour installs and 30 min + boot times....... Tonight installed to a USB connected SSD so it didn't even needed to be internal sata and it installed in 1 min and booted in 1 min..... What a fucking difference jesus
This is my first time in this sub so excuse me if this has already been posted into oblivion.
The Inland Empire is a hugeee distribution hub. This Article shows the magnitude of it.
I live in the Inland Empire, I see these megawarehouses everywhere, most of the workers are hispanic, hired through a temp agency, and live check to check. Some drive from pretty far to work. I dont imagine they will take sick days if they can help it and the virus will spread fast. Could it be a major distributor for covid19 and how long before they get shut down considering it includes the likes of Amazon and other huge players. Soooooo many jobs out here are in logistics.
