A list of puns related to "Jonathan Gregg"
Whoβs the striker then eh?
Division: AFC East
1 Buffalo Bills (13-3)
2 Miami Dolphins (10-6)
3 New England Patriots (7-9)
4 New York Jets (2-14)
Every year, my grades get a disproportionate amount of attention compared to how much time I spent writing up all of the Jetsβ moves. I think thatβs okay! I just wanted to clarify now though what I mean by all of the letters, just so thereβs no confusion.
A = Excellent Value/Decision
B = Neutral-Plus Value/Decision
C = Neutral-Minus Value/Decision
D = Poor Value/Decision
F = Indefensible Value/Decision
HC Adam Gase Fired, OC Dowell Loggains Not Retained -- This was a no-brainer. Gase went 9-23 in his two seasons with the Jets, and his offense finished ranked last in total offense in both seasons. Gase and Loggains were brought in to improve the play of Sam Darnold, but his development from the end of his rookie season has been a disappointment for the Jets, so the team clearly had to go in a different direction offensively.
Grade: A
Interim DC Frank Bush Not Retained -- This was also a no-brainer. Bush was only the defensive coordinator because Gregg Williams had been fired midway through the season after a Raidersβ Hail Mary pass gave Las Vegas the last-second win over the Jets.
Grade: A
HC Robert Saleh Hired, DC Jeff Ulbrich -- Okay guys I promise not every grade here will be an 'A', in fact to prevent bias I ranked all the coaching candidates on an A-F scale PRIOR to interviews being announced. I just happen to love this hire. Robert Saleh has coordinated the 49ers defense for the past four years, and his defense has finished top-5 in total defense in each of the past two years, despite losing DeForest Buckner to free agency and Nick Bosa and Jaquiski Tartt to injury in the 2020 season. Saleh coached with Pete Carroll in Seattle during their dominant 2011 to 2013 stretch, during which the Seahawks won a Super Bowl and finished top-5 in total defense twice. Nevertheless, Saleh was not afraid to incorporate other ideas into his defense, such as those of Joe Woods and Kris Kocurek. Saleh brings a successful track record, a tried-and-tested Seattle 3 defensive scheme with openness to two high and wide nine concepts, and perhaps as importantly a fiery personality to pair with GM Joe Douglas. Here is the mock draft (Excerpts from explanations included):
> # 1. Detroit Pistons (James Edwards III's Pick)
> "Cunningham, though, is the most complete player in the draft. In a perimeter-based, playmaking league, heβs the answer to the Pistonsβ retooling...Heβd slot in as Detroitβs primary ball-handler and offensive initiator. And with last yearβs No. 7 pick Killian Hayes still very much in the picture, Cunningham can float to an off-ball role for stints, too."
> # 2. Houston Rockets (Kelly Iko's Pick)
> "Green can jump out of the gym. His athleticism will surely translate to the next level and having that explosion in the backcourt is a plus (see: Zach Lavine). Like some of his peers, his ball handling could use some tightening...Heβll need to really work on his passing at the next level or his turnover-to-assist ratio will be horrendous. Luckily for him, heβll have John Wall to learn from."
> # 3. Cleveland Cavaliers (Kelsey Russo's Pick)
> "In the last mock draft before the lottery results, I chose Jalen Suggs as the Cavsβ pick. In this scenario, he was someone I considered alongside Mobley. But the Cavs have a history of taking the best player available even if there is position overlap, so Mobley becomes the choice here...At 7-foot, he adds more size to pair around the backcourt duo of Darius Garland and Collin Sexton. The potential pairing of Mobley and Larry Nance Jr. could add to a defensive mindset and unselfish style on the floor."
> # 4. Toronto Raptors ('Blake Murphys Pick)
> "Well, Iβm deferring from my own board here to lean on the opinions of my colleagues Eric Koreen and John Hollinger...Suggs was No. 3 on my initial Raptor-ized board at the start of the process. Suggs has some questi

I'm honestly so sick of hearing Saints fans whine and bitch about how they got "screwed over" by a bad call in the NFC Championship Game. Yeah I know it was a bad call but after all the bullshit they got away with during the Gregg Williams era(especially those ridiculous hits on Brett Favre and Kurt Warner in the '09 Playoffs) and how the players involved basically got a slap on the wrist, they totally deserved to know what it feels like to feel cheated. It's ridiculous Jonathan Vilma was allowed to ever play in the league ever again, that should've been an automatic ban in my opinion. Saints fans also conveniently forget how the Saints were in total control of that game and allowed the Rams to get back into the game. They really should've never been in that position with a lead that big and the fact they allowed it to come down to a bad call shows they didn't belong in the Super Bowl that year.
This is an updated version of a previous post
Fan cast for a live action PokΓ©mon TV show that follows roughly the game storylines:
Seeing the prominence of new streaming services like Disney+, Paramount+, and HBO Max, and given that Detective Pikachu showed live action PokΓ©mon can be done, it makes sense that a live action PokΓ©mon TV show would be made by one of them at some point. That being said, I really hope these storylines follow the main plot points of the games, with a few added elements here and there that are both original and from other sources like the Adventures manga. For example, season 1 would follow Red, Blue and Leaf and take elements from Red/Blue/FireRed/LeafGreen, season 2 would be about Ethan and Lyra and be a combination of the storylines of Gold/Silver/Crystal/HG/SS (taking certain ideas and elements from each game to create the best overall story, tone and feel), season three would be about Brendan and Mayβs adventures in Hoenn based on Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/OR/AS, etc. The series could be called something like PokΓ©mon: Legends, as it would cover the events around legendary PokΓ©mon and iconic trainers. I think James Wan would be a great director the Hoenn Series, and maybe each season could have a thematic name pertaining to the story. For example, the Hoenn series could be called βElementsβ and the Sinnoh one could be called βDimensionsβ.
Anyway, below are my picks so far to fan cast this live action series. I thought it would be fun to share my picks and see what everyone thinks. Iβve aged up a lot of the main trainers to be teenagers, since child acting usually doesnβt end up very well (I thought Tim Goodman in Detective Pikachu was the perfect age for a main trainer/protagonist). Iβve mainly done Generations 1-5, since those are the ones I know the best. However, there are still some characters who I havenβt casted yet and would love some help and input for them!

Go post NSFW jokes somewhere else. If I can't tell my kids this joke, then it is not a DAD JOKE.
If you feel it's appropriate to share NSFW jokes with your kids, that's on you. But a real, true dad joke should work for anyone's kid.
Mods... If you exist... Please, stop this madness. Rule #6 should simply not allow NSFW or (wtf) NSFL tags. Also, remember that MINORS browse this subreddit too? Why put that in rule #6, then allow NSFW???
Please consider changing rule #6. I love this sub, but the recent influx of NSFW tagged posts that get all the upvotes, just seem wrong when there are good solid DAD jokes being overlooked because of them.
Thank you,
A Dad.
So far nobody has given me a straight answer
I am currently in the hospital. I had a back operation yesterday. The surgical nurse came in my room and started asking questions about my back. She asked me if I had any falls during the last year. I responded just one. It was after summer.
She laughed and said in 20 years of doing this she never was told that joke.
This is the second in what I guess is now my Minnesota sports drama series. You can also read about the reviled Norm Green and the North Stars. For more NFL action, Smashing71 has a couple of great writeups.
The main thing you need to know about American Football for this drama is that the Quarterback (QB) position is arguably the most important in sports. All the plays on offense go through the QB and heβs the leader of the team. An elite QB can drag a crummy team into a playoffs, while poor QB play can bring down otherwise amazing teams. So a team thatβs found themselves one of the top QBs will likely be a playoff contender for some time.
The Minnesota Vikings
The Minnesota Vikings started playing in 1961 as an expansion team. Vikings is a good team name, as they have a reputation of being rough and savage just like Minnesotans, and there are a lot of Scandinavians in Minnesota. They first played outside in Metropolitan Stadium, where the Mall of America is now and across the street from where the North Stars played, before moving to the Metrodome in downtown Minneapolis. The Metrodome was demolished and U.S. Bank Stadium built in its place in 2016.
The Vikings have had many great teams and players over the years, and have the seventh best all-time winning percentage in the league. Which you would think would lead to at least one or two Super Bowl wins (the league championship, if youβve been in a coma the last 50 years), right? Well, Iβm just going to quote directly from Wikipedia here:
>βThe Vikings have the highest regular season and combined winning percentage among NFL franchises who have not won a Super Bowl, in addition the most playoff runs, division titles, and (tied with the Buffalo Bills) Super Bowl appearances. They also have the most conference championship appearances of non-winning Super Bowl teams, with them being one of three to appear in a conference championship every decade since the 1970s. The only NFL franchise with winning regular season and combined records to not win a Super Bowl, the Vikings hold the most playoff losses in league history at 30. β
So, in short, theyβre very good during the regular season, make it to the playoffs a lot, often make it deep into

Story of the 2020 season:
Stats: 12-6-5 (W-L-D), 42 pts, +15 GD, MLS Cup champions
2020 was the first full offseason for the new front office and coaching staff of the Crew, installed after transfer of ownership from he who will not be named to the Haslem/Edwards families on 1/1/19. The offseason saw the club break its previous transfer fee record with the purchase of Lucas Zelarayan to replace former #10 Federico HiguaΓn. Darlington Nagbe was the other marquee offseason addition, reuniting him with his old Akron and Portland coach, Caleb Porter. With Zelarayan and Nagbe, the Crew looked poised to make massive strides forward on the field during the 2020 season β and thatβs exactly what happened. From the two games before the pandemic shutdown, to the group stage of MLS is Back and all the way to mid-September, the Crew looked like the most complete team in the league and was a real contender in the Supporterβs Shield race. A late September humbling to Toronto set off a drop in form that would continue through the end of the season. The club ended the season going 3-5-2 over the final 10 games of the season but strong performances earlier in the season (key β MLS is Back group stage) locked up the #3 seed in the East and an assured first round home playoff game. Most pundits and realistic fans expected a win or two, but viewed a probable matchup with the Union or Toronto in later rounds to be a potential ceiling in the playoffs due to lack of consistency. As fate would have it, both the top seeded Union and 2nd seeded TFC fell, leaving t
