I'll probably catch some flak for saying that, but I have no problem saying this. The major caveat for me personally since I like a more neutral/bright leaning sound signature, they seemed a bit thin and lifeless out of the box. I noticed that in the frequency response, there's a big dip in the 2K-3K hertz region and with a tiny bit of EQ, I added a tad bit more subbass for that extra kick and brought up the 2K-3K region by 6db and holy shit they come to life. That's the region where this headphone needs fixing with a tad bit of EQ. So if there's any HD700 owners out there, bring that region up a bit to your liking and they sound absolutely incredible and beautiful. Never heard mids that sounded better in my life and I use my Anandas as my daily drivers. Very impressed with these headphones and they don't deserve the hate they get.

Update: I've been listening to them for close to 10 hours now and I wanted to share a list of tracks on the HD700 that genuinely wowed me. The more I listen to them, the more I love them.

I realised this the other day when my wife was gushing about how much she loved Adele's voice, due to how effortless she sounds. I agreed, she sounds great, and there's a lot to appreciate there in what Adele manages to achieve with her singing ability. But the reason I'd never generally choose to listen to Adele is because I do not feel anything when she sings, despite the fact that her performances are indeed very emotive.

I was struggling to figure out why that might be until I put on, for the first time in a long time, Parachutes (Coldplay). I remember falling in love with this album (and Rush of Blood) back in the day, and while listening to Shiver I figured it out. These high notes aren't coming easy. Martin sounds completely out of breath, and somehow this makes it all feel that much more human to me (in stark contrast to a lot of Coldplay's later material).

And now I'm thinking about all the other singings I connect with. When Sufjan Stevens sings John Wayne Gacy Jr I get shivers every time, not just because of how fucking haunting the lyrics are, but also because of the way Stevens' voice cracks, and the way you can hear him breathing and reflecting on what he has sung by the end.

This also seems to translate well onto the singing styles of other singers I really connect with, like Thom Yorke (Radiohead), Joel Pott (Athlete), Ian Curtis (Joy Division), and in fact, a lot of rock singers
who tend to be more 'approximate' or 'good enough' (Maps by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs is another good example). Then again, I can't connect with a singer who is quite obviously technically 'bad' to the point where it is unpleasant. It seems there must be some middle ground where the singer's technical ability is acceptable, which allows their passion to shine through.

If the performance is completely effortless, it puts me off. It doesn't matter if the singer is being aided by technology or if their vocal ability really is that flawless, it takes me out of the moment and something in me doesn't believe a word of what is being sung.

Also, upon reflection, I realise there is a lot of British indie in the examples I've given (it's what I listened to most in my youth), but the same deal seems to be the case with me for any band or singer I'm introduced to. It's one reason why I can't connect with Jacob Collier. I love

We have had 4 Avengers movies, but I don't believe Endgame was the last one, merely the end of the Infinity Saga and a sort of goodbye to the Original 6. So what will the next one be? Well first off we probably wont get one till 2025 (according to the rumors after Endgame). I think that leaves plenty of time for The Fantastic 4, Young Avengers, and other hero's (X-Men maybe) to be introduced and developed. So, who are our next Avengers? Well it's quite obvious at this point that it will be the Young Avengers or some variation of them. The team will most likely consist of:

"What about Peter Parker???" Considering his experiences with the Avengers in the past and some of the events in NWH he might be hesitant to join a big team. I feel he will stick mostly to his own movies and storylines with cameos in other movies as sort of a 'recurring character".

Since this team has a lot of minors minus Kate Bishop, they probably will need a leader who can guide them through legal troubles (especially the Sakovia Accords) and this "super-hero" life. Who better than Captain America (Sam Wilson). Funding from Stark Industries (Happy Hogan and Pepper Potts) and maybe legal council from a "really good lawyer" and a really green one (Matt Murdock and Jennifer Walters).

Who will they fight? I'm betting (more wishing) on the Dark Avengers being assembled by Valentina (who could be revealed as Madame Hydra). The Dark Avengers could consist of:

Yelena Belova - Black Widow (though her appearance in Hawkeye seemed to set her on a path away from Valentina)

Venom (or some new symbiote made from the bit of goo left in the Post-Credit Scene of NWH)

Abomination

and other people that Valentina enlists all preparing to set up Young Avengers vs Dark Avengers

Too many female fans of her watch the movies just because she is the main love interest of the protagonist. Even in homecoming, they put her face in the movie poster when she was a complete side character that only had 5 mins of screen time, because they knew how bankable she is.

So since Sony and Disney like money a lot, there is no way they are getting rid of Zendaya any time soon, specially when their story with Peter hasn’t really completed and so many fans like her, specially after no way home.

2 - They reveal her surname to be Watson, since this has zero effect on the plot of no way home, the only reason they would do such kind of retcon is because they want to make it clear that this MJ is the real and only MJ Watson in the MCU. Her name might not be Mary Jane, but she sure represents what Mary Jane is supposed to mean for Peter. Revealing her surname to be watson in the third movie would be pointless, if they are not bringing her back.

3 - Because she still wears the necklace Peter gives her after forgetting him, and in the last shot of No Way Home, she seems to recognise something after talking to him.

4 - Movie studios don’t like to give heroes to many love interests, because it’s hard for many fans of the previous one to invest in the new ones, specially after a heartbreaking ending like that. If she was dead it would be simpler to make people move on, but since she promised she would figure it out, too many fans will root for them to have a happy endgame.

5 - Tom and zendaya are dating in real life. When it come to negotiating contracts, having the main characters be an actual couple in real life is something tempting for movie studios to capitalise on because it just works to make money, and since Zendaya has said she doesn’t like how sad the ending was, it’s likely both Tom and her, will push Sony and Disney for a happy ending in the next trilogy between them.

6 - She is a popular diverse character. Since she is Afroamericano, that’s just something that movie studios likes to push. Even if they brought Gwen or Black Cat or other l
