My 3rd hardcore run through. This one solo. I just so happened to get metamorphosis on ker cloak and scythes? He grabbed me. Usually spam a button. It locked me out of pressing the button and killed my character that I took no damage so far on. Pissed. Wtf.
So my playthrough soloing on hardcore I get survive metamorphosis for the first time ever. I have like 5 characters. 2 pretty high level 1 mid and 3 hardcore playthroughs. (My first playthrough moonlight butterflies got me good so that ones dead too) Well. One now. I've got everything at +5 for earth. No sweat. I literally took zero damage during the wave. None. 4 enemies left. And I messed up my dodge time on one enemy. Guess who. Flicker cloaked scythes. Well the flicker cloak scythe guys dumbest ability is to grab you and you spam a button to get out. If you dont spam the button you die. Simple enough right? Not when it doesnt work. It shows up to spam x. I spam x. Bar just kept dropping. Until my character gets killed by the attack. Need I remind you. Full health. Literally didnt take any damage. Good ammo still. Maxed out gear for earth. My. First. Fucking. Time. Getting. Metamorphosis. And I get one fucking hit on me that kills me because the game breaks. And it was on hardcore. You know how great it would be to have a self healing build for hardcore? Cant fucking do that now. Thanks guys. Either find bugs and fix them and update the damn game once in awhile or come out and say you've abandoned it. Hell Bethesda's still making efforts on fallout 76. And no one plays that. You actually have a good sized community who still plays daily.
