This is obviously more about Tomlin and Harbaugh than Stefanski and Taylor who are only in their 2nd and 3rd years. The fact that Tomlin and Harbaugh have been coaching in the same division since the end of WWII and have 1 losing season between them is just unfair.
I will die on this hill.
Who else is bracing themselves for Taylors version of Dear John, after hearing the extended version of All Too Well (about Jake Gyllenhaal)
On January 13, director Justin Griffin premiered a new documentary called "Who Killed Joseph Smith." In the film, Griffin examines various accounts of the shootout at Carthage, evidence from the scene, and theorizes that Joseph and Hyrum were murdered by Willard Richards and John Taylor.
The documentary will be posted on their Facebook page sometime today and will be available for free. https://www.facebook.com/whokilledjosephsmith/about/?ref=page_internal
Griffin says that he was excommunicated from the Church for making this documentary.
I have only watched the last portion of the film and have no opinion regarding its veracity. Griffin appears to be a Snufferite and part of the "Joseph Fought Polygamy" movement, which makes me doubt his judgment.
Has anyone seen this movie yet? I understand that the theory that Richards and Taylor killed the Smiths has been around for years. Is there any legitimate scholarly analysis of this idea?
FYI, someone on the Facebook thread posted a Google Drive link to the film. The director responded to the post, didn't remove it, and didn't ask for it to be removed, so it seems he doesn't really care. The reenactment of the Smith murders begins at about 1 hour and 9 minutes if you want to skip to that part.
I'm currently in MATH 1241 with Charlotte Haskins this semester and am currently registered for MATH 1242 next semester with John Taylor. I really like Haskins a lot as a teacher and I actually am doing good in math because of her. I would register for her next semester if she was teaching Calc 2, but she isn't. I'm currently slotted to be in a 8AM Calc 2 class with John Russel Taylor because he has the best reviews on RateMyProfessor, however I've heard some mixed feelings on him from students. I'm waiting for some other sections with him as a teacher currently, but I was wondering if it's worth it to take an 8AM in return with him as a professor, or if there is any other Calc 2 teachers you guys would reccommend?
