Dr. Abraham Erskine is the only one who perfectly the serum since Steve Rogers doesn’t go crazy or unhinged like Howard’s serum causes all Hydra assassins crazy and Banner become Hulk. (Although, Zola’s serum doesn’t cause Bucky go crazy or unhinged)
So if Government want U.S. Agent to be next Captain America instead of Sam, how they going to make him Super Soldier without the serum making him go crazy or unhinged.
The last time the government use a super soldier serum on someone, Blonsky go crazy and cause mayhem in Harlem.
Why would Government want to use super soldier serum on someone for second time? Did they not learn their lesson from Harlem’s incident? It seem Government never learn their lesson at all.
Unless they introduce someone who somehow perfectly the serum like Erskine, there’s no way Government make John Walker a super soldier without having him go crazy or unhinged.
If the government want to use a serum that is not perfect on U.S. Agent, there will be consequences.
I did a search, and the latest info I can find is about the crash. I can't find anything regarding his condition/recovery. It's been almost two months, so I figured there may be some news.
