A list of puns related to "Jason Hawes"
It's still creepy.
Hey everyone! Iβm Jason Hawes from Syfyβs Ghost Hunters, which returns for a 10th season this Wednesday, August 26 at 9/8c. Originally a plumber from Rhode Island, I co-founded The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) in 1990 and have been traveling across the country, investigating paranormal claims ever since. Here are links to the showβs page and TAPSβ website: http://www.syfy.com/ghosthunters http://the-atlantic-paranormal-society.com/content/

9pm ET - Thank you for all the great questions, Reddit! I've got to run but remember to check out this season of Ghost Hunters on Syfy.
So we pretty much lost our veteran role players this off season... Last time this happened, we went on to have a disappointing season, going 32-50 during the regular season, and missing the playoffs. I know Jared Dudley, Ersan Ilyasova and Zaza Pachulia are 3 totally different players but it kind of feels like the same situation. And just like now, a lot of people took those players for granted.
This is one of the main things that I am worried about this off season. Veteran leadership is really underrated and something that doesn't get talked about nearly as much as it should. I know a lot of our young Bucks are getting older, but it is nice to have those guys that have been there before and know how to win and grind out the 82 game season.
BRING BACK JET!
Thoughts?

I know Ghost Hunters doenst get much love here to say the very least but I have always loved Jason. I do believe he has a passion for actually finding ghosts. He also seems like a genuinely cool guy. What do you guys think?

Louis Smolka (-140) (17-7-0, NS) v Vince Morales (+120) (10-5-0, NS) - This is a fun fight to start off this event. Smolka is coming off a pretty awesome finish over Quinonez, in which after slowly dealing damage and sapping the energy of Quinonez, Smolka landed a nice hip toss/trip and then just pummeled him with ground and pound. Smolka is a crafty fighter, he might not be explosive, but he can certainly find openings and expose his opponents weakness. Smolka is also great at creating scrambles, he never sits complacent with a position that doesnβt benefit him, heβs always moving to either get out of a position, or be less in trouble than he initially was, and thatβs what makes him so difficult to fight. Smolkaβs primary skill set is no doubt his kickboxing, heβs great at finding his range, and landing from range, but he also absorbs a lot of punches doing so, which does leave him open to being tagged quite a bit by more accurate strikers. Morales is coming off a very competitive fight against Drako Rodriguez a few months ago, and he showed a fair bit of pressure, and was consistently in the face of his opponent. However, his defence wasnβt really there, there wasnβt a whole lot of checking of the leg kick, and because of the way Morales stands, with his left leg quite out there, the leg kicks will always be available, and thatβs what Smolka will probably attack very early on. Morales has a powerful right hand though, heβs great at creating a little bit of chaos with his hands, then leaving his final right punch with a little more emphasis. I think Smolka might be able to methodically win this fight, heβll most likely stay out of range, attack the legs, slow the pace of Morales a bit, and maybe even wrestle a little since Smolkaβs grappling is fairly good. I got Smolka on this one, as long as he doesnβt eat too many right hands from Rodriguez. Tough one to call!

I used the top 969 players who have at least 10000 minutes played in their career.
Why 10000 minutes played? Because that's the lower standard set by Basketball-Reference to get on their ABA career leaderboard (15000 MP for NBA). I added George Mikan, because even though he hasn't played enough minutes, he's featured in All-Time ESPN NBARank and Bill Simmons Hall of Fame Pyramid.
I started off with the current 30 teams. To split up the Lakers and Clippers, I gave the Clippers their proposed Inglewood site.
As I looked at the map of player hometowns, I realized that there were:
Based off city population and arena size, I added 25 new teams.
I started off gathering hometowns due to this fantastic database by Reuben Fischer-Baum ([original article source here](https://deadspin.com/infographics-where-do-pro-basketball-players-come-from-5132615

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π
It really does, I swear!
Jason Isbell is playing the Haw River Ballroom both 1/17 and 1/25. I was stupid and waited too long to buy tickets, and consequently both shows are now completely sold out. I think there is one on stubhub being sold for like, $120, which is obviously absurd.
So I am just putting this out there as a plea/notice in case anyone knows of any tickets being sold for either show. I am willing to put a little sugar on top of the ticket original price if necessary, simply because I am a very big fan and really want to see him live.
So either show (1/17 or 1/25), 1 adult ticket (I believe Haw only has 1 type of ticket which is for floor/general admission).
