A list of puns related to "James Hill"
I've really gotten the vibe the last few years that Rogen and Jonah Hill are ashamed that they owe their careers to edgy sex comedies because I feel like they both try way too hard to be woke. They both basically stopped acting in those types of movies altogether.
That whole comedy group seemed to abruptly stop working together for no apparent reason. Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, James Franco, Danny McBride, and Michael Cera. They used to make movies together every single year. Then it just totally stopped. I wonder if James Franco getting metooed made that whole group disband for good.
Dropping Franco is good given all the shit that has come out against him. But I wonder why that apparently also killed the entire brand of stoner comedies that Rogen was making.
Danny McBride is still based af though. The Righteous Gemstones was his best TV show yet and he hasn't changed his brand of humor to be some cringy pseudo-intellectual hipster.
Both get a message from their dead wives, leading them to a creepy village. Despite being in character otherwise, they decide to fight. They have their standard gear
I had a thought recently about the endings of SH2 that I would like to communicate because I've never seen a discussion about it.
There are reasons to believe Silent Hill is a normal resort town to most people, and only few experience anything weird in the town, let alone being swallowed by the otherworld. For example Henry from SH4 went to the town and described it as normal, but he went there after the events of SH2.
But at the end of SH2, in every ending, even Leave, everything is still foggy and there are still no people around. And in SH3 Douglas implies something about a man that sounds like James going missing in Silent Hill, never to be seen again.
Do you think it's possible that James never left the otherworld, even in the leave ending? Because honestly that is extremely depressing. Probably more than In Water, at least then it would all end soon. This is all obviously speculation but the thought makes In Water seem like an even more legit ending, like that is the only escape.
But also, why would James still be trapped in the otherworld? Maybe in leave he believes he should forgive himself, though maybe he shouldn't? Maybe killing himself is the only honest thing to do at that point?
Sorry for the ramble, I just kinda blew my own mind thinking about it. Carry on
What is going on in the real Silent Hill while James/Heather/others are going around the town? Are they two completely separate dimensions? Does your body only return to the real world when you conquer the town's challenge or kick the bucket?
