A list of puns related to "Jam Related"
If so, whatβs yβall favourite Def Jam game?
Hello,
I'm an incoming jazz music master student (Maastricht Conservatorium) and I was just wondering about any thing related to jazz/pop music activities in or close to Maastricht.
If you don't know about music jam sessions/events/competitions or something that has to do with music, it'd be nice to hear about what is going on nowadays over there concerning art.
Cheers! Thanks for the help :)
For clarity, I just watched Miscast's vlog about Slug Wizards which seems super fun! I know one page rules also does a twice? per year game jam which was super fun to do.
Joining the OPR jam was the first one I've ever done and after learning about Slug Wizards I want to get into some more. I wasn't exactly sure where to turn but I figured this was the best place to start. Any input is appreciated!! Thanks!

alternative universe doctor prophet nelson's own medical records and blood tests prove alternative revelations had more impact than modern day doctor nelson's revelations.
alternative universe, doctor βοΈ nelson is 2x less lazy than our doctor nelson.
(I'll explain how alternative doctor nelson supported his contentions, later).
During his visitation to our multiverse, alternative doctor nelson handed me his 2021 portrait, uploaded here: https://www.reddit.com/r/exmormon/comments/mog55w/this_may_look_like_an_old_pic_but_what_if_i_told/ before he asked, "Can my alternative self do this?"
(Don't worry. I'll tell you what alternative doctor nelson did later down the line.)

here is a short non-exhaustive list of doctor βοΈ java nelson's alternative universe revelations, per his holy, yet humble, alternative self:
---
1981: Declaration: Science will someday prove Java defends against dementia, the 6th leading cause of death.
1988: WoW 2.0: Stop the sugar press, ... cancel coke. Caffeinate, yes. But let's not be so silly. First time alternative universe doctor prophet enjoys a nice cup of Joe during general conference. Invites membership to try teatime, too. "It may save your life someday. What if there is ever a novel virus. Store food if you want, but word to the wise, caffeinate with unsweetened coffee and tea." Membership grows.
1989: Three years after becoming an apostle but eight years after drinking unsweetened coffee and tea, Apostle nelson announces the first of what proved to be many revisions to the official LDS Hymnbook. The first official hymn announce? "It's a long way to the top if you want to rock & roll."
1990: The second official hymn announced: "You've got to pick a pocket or two."
1991: Alternative universe doctor prophet prevents other harms, this time to the young. Advises "If you're a kid, don't spend the night at Michael Jackson's Neverland, or a

Thanks everyone! Adam
i was 12 or 13 y/o that time
so into kpop
still a bts fan
and i assume most of us know that joke between jimin and the jams (talking about this makes me feel so nostalgic its been years now and not even a bts fan anymore but i also still laugh over suga and his 3 dollar chains)
when the MV was released, i checked it out since iam familiar on how great b.a.p is when it comes to their songs
then idk what ive been thinking that time but i made a comment in the MV of a scenario starring bts, specially jimin talking about jams or the yOU gOt No JamS joke since that titleβs βthatβs my jamβ which reminds me of the jImIn, yOu gOt nO JAMs
yeah ik its that bad iam sorry, i dont have any bad intentions when i made that comment btw, i think my younger self just wanted to share it but she shouldnt
and then people replied expressing their βhateβ towards that comment of mine HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA and it lasted for a month i think? its been years since that happened but i never had the courage to check it out :ββ)))) (iam still using the YT account i used for that comment so i still have the chance to check it out, anytime )
im so sorry to everyone i pissed off bc of that comment i made, just came across to the song awhile ago so i remembered about this and never shared about it until today
yeah thatβs the thought goodbye happy sunday and wooziβs day, dont be like my 12/13 y/o self, keep the comment section for kpop MVs non-annoying (even though its kinda near impossible ;-;)
Got 2 issues that hopefully are related.
First I am seeing what I think is called zbanding as shown in the photo:
https://preview.redd.it/wyf5n97sq6461.png?width=486&format=png&auto=webp&s=25fb6099ff69a69b6901a63f66efc62343497df5
The bands are equal on all sides (so not a layer shift).
The second is I am having lots of issues with filament jams. mid print (that cube took 3 tries to print) randomly the filament will jam. The extruder motor is skipping steps vs stripping the filament. To fix this issue all I need to do is unload the filament (ejects just fine with no sticking) and clip the tip off and reload. I don't have to clean the tip to recover just the unload load fixes it. Do notice the tip of the ejected filament is larger diameter for about 5 - 7mm.
What I have tried:
1.) Removed and fully cleaned the nozzle. There was not a spec of plastic in or on it when I put it back in.
2.) Tried printing PLA at 230C to eliminate hot end under temp. (Also measured my hot end with a thermocouple and was within 7C of the front panel)
3.) Cleaned my spool rollers and verified no tangles on the spool (Pursas PLA not Pruasment)
Any ideas on what I should look at next? Planning to tear down the printer to install the 3S+ parts once I get them printed (buddy is printing a set since my printer keeps jamming). I don't think that will be the cure all but they did mention improvements in this area.
Edit - Just kidding, it looks like GroupMe isn't the best option, for several reasons. We might just use Reddit chat for now, so comment if you would like to join and I should be able to add you to the group!
This sub has some great audio posts mixed in with a lot of other good text and image posts. It would be nice if there was a place dedicated to performances for watching and listening.

I've battled this problem on and off since I got my printer in June of last year. As you can see, the brown filament is nice and shiny, perfect print. It was printed with the exact same settings as the cream/ivory colored filament, and with models with similar characteristics (miniature wargaming terrain). From the basic Prusa PLA .2 quality profile, I've slowed down the speed a bit to reduce vibrations, and I've made the first layer extrusion be 0.45 instead of 0.42, but that's it. I have used the lighter filament to create some really nice looking prints before. They are both from PM Filament, but I have experienced this problem with other filaments, Prusament included. Sometimes the same print with the same settings fail at different stages of the print.
This problem appears when there are too many retractions without long enough extrusions in between (to purge out the buildup of filament in the hotend that eventually hardens and causes the jam). I have the upgraded Sunon fan to cool the hotend. I swapped the heatbreak to a titanium 2mm thoroughbore since I don't have and don't intend to get a MMU, and I added thermal paste to the threads. It was way worse before these upgrades, so there's that.
I've checked and double checked the tension on everything, not least the idler spring screw. I have fresh Misumi rods and bearings, all packed up nicely with grease. The hotend, heatbreak, heatsink and nozzle are nicely put together. I feel like my machine should be running perfectly, but this keeps happening, almost randomly. I just don't know the exact threshold and sometimes prints that seem questionable finish just fine while prints that should print no problem cause a jam.

This is what the filament looks like coming out (sorry for the burned out photo, but you can still make out the thickened end). It's not typical in this exact picture, the chunk at the end is sometimes more evenly cylindrical, typically 2-3 mm tall. The filament has been snipped just over where the feeding gears ground into it when the jam occurred, so it's pretty far down in the hotend. I don't ever need to do a cold pull, I just unload this filament and then I can load whatever else I want to print with and go about my day.
Here's what I've tried out to rectify this (alone and combinations of): Shorten retraction distance (from 0.8 to 0.4 or 0.5). Increase travel distance that is required to trigger a retraction (fr
