I'm considering modifying my box navies with slightly lighter springs as I find them too be to heavy for extended usage, I opted for for them as some users have been reporting that the box jades have an issue with sluggish upstrokes as there using a weaker spring type. From your experiences is this still an issue with box jades or should I play it safe and opt for slightly heaver springs than the jades? Recommendations for springs and lubricant for the springs is greatly appreciated.

We request you to encourage your students to challenge their aptitude for logical reasoning by taking part in HSMO.
Team registrations for theΒ JUNIORΒ category (Grades 9-10) andΒ SENIORΒ category (Grades 11-12) for the 11th and 12th of February 2022 are now open. Each team consists of 3 members from the same category and school.
Over the two days, participants will engage in a challenging competition, starting with the individual MCQ round on exam.net. Nine qualifying teams will then work together in the following round. Finally, the crème de la crème, the top three teams, will be selected for the finals.
