A list of puns related to "Jack Sieg"
I believe it was a Live video. Jack is the only one alive and he is backed against a corner. He kills a couple people beating them with a shield but then a couple granades end up killing him
Alright, let the downvotes send this post to the top of controversial. Now, before I start though, just know that this is less of an argument in favour of Sieg being a good character more so than it just being in favour of the idea that he isn't a bad one. I will be discussing some of the main problems people have with his character and addressing each issue.
Personality - 'Sieg? Who tf is that? All I see is a cardboard cut-out.' Ok firstly, you lot complain way too much about him having a 'bland' personality. But I think it's important that you get it in your heads that there is a distinction between bland and straightforward personality. Sieg at the start of the show is a blank slate, just trying to survive, therefore he lacks any goals or aspirations. Then, after being saved and taken off the battlefield, he is given the opportunity to choose to find meaning in his life and search for happiness.
But he doesn't do that. This is where his first personality trait starts - selflessness. Sieg is a selfless person by nature, simply because he admires the fact he was saved so wants to save others too. He wants to save his kin because if he was saved they should be too.
Though after he does that, it gets a bit wishy washy. This is where the main criticism comes from. After the final battle with Jack the Ripper, he comes to question the nature of humanity due to witnessing the evil and suffering of humanity at one of its lowest point. Jeanne tells him not to give up on humanity, but he can't help but think about it. So he remains in the war, to seek his own answer to the question of human nature.
Now, Sieg as a selfless guy recklessly engages in combat and does things with little regard of his own life. The reason as to why he does so is that he focuses mainly on what he thinks he should do rather than what he wants to do. Now, this actually makes his final actions at the end of the show all the more interesting and impactful.
Selfishness. At the end of the show, when he fights Shirou to the death, he fights not because he wants to protect humanity and their free will, but simply because he wants to avenge Jeanne. Now, as someone who was a white knight throughout the show, his anger was particularly striking to me as he was finally doing something of his own accord; doing something he wants to do. This also ties in with my next point.
The Ending - Now, the first point of contention many have with this is the sudden revelation of berserker res
... keep reading on reddit β‘With the year coming to an end, it's a good time to look forward and see what NA brings to players in 2022. The sub has been lucky enough to have a player contribute for the previous two years, who's sadly left the game due to the gacha system, but I wish to continue their work and share with everyone with the bundles of blessings we will get next year. You can see their previous write-ups if you're interested - Preview for 2021| Preview for 2020.
Following their format, I'll be trying to break down what happens on a monthly basis. As always, this is a rough idea of what NA will get based on what has happened on JP in 2020, and is not meant to be the definitive guide to what will happen exactly. No one knows the exact release dates for events, campaigns, etc except DW, but content-wise, we can mostly expect the same. NA has been lucky this year, getting previously commemorative events in real life being rebranded so players can have their chances of getting their desired servants, like the KYOMAF banner being rebranded into the "Back to School" campaign.
Otherwise, it's best to assume that won't always be the case, and a lot of other commemorative events and/or campaigns on JP may not make it to NA. Dates also tend to shift around especially around mid-year since NA celebrates its anniversary in end-June/early-July while JP celebrates theirs roughly a month later, so there's bound to be changes. I'm almost certain I will be making edits to the post as well, so do share any mistakes I may have made. The point of this post is to be informative in a general manner while letting players get a glimpse of what they can experience in the coming year.
With that said, it's going to be a long read, and I hope it will be beneficial to you as much as it is for me. Remember the help thread has tons of relevant information as well, such as Upcoming Banners for a specific servant's rate-up, or the Event Compendium for the rewards and resources we can expect to get. Let's go!
NA starts the new year's off with the [New Year's Campaign](https://fateg

I stopped playing over watch a couple years ago because I felt like it was moving in a direction I didnβt really enjoy as much and I hopped back into it every few months but what I donβt do is go into overwatch forums and YouTube content and bitch and moan about how blizzard ruined a good game because nobody gives a fuck about my opinion. Siege has its problems but so does every god damn game, if yβall really think year one and two siege were that great you clearly donβt remember the atrocious hit reg, balance, servers, etc. at this point these people arenβt even giving criticism they just wanna complain. βSiege is dyingβ yeah you dummies said that during operation health.
I know we all thought we turned the corner after Hall's unreal mvp season but I am totally getting a different vibe this time. Hughes is becoming a superstar in this league. Nico is coming into his own and becoming Jack's Robin. We have a Bona-fide #1 dman locked up long term. Graves is a stud and siegs is a great surprise. Mac black who I've been critical of still has so much damn potential hope he finds the consistency. Oh and Bratt is absolute filth him and Jack on the same line for the next 8 years at least would be awesome to watch. Not to mention Smith finding his way hopefully and Luke coming up along with any other prospect you are excited about. Will we make the playoffs this year? Probably not but I don't feel like we are spinning our tires anymore and we're finally getting some traction.
We all know that thereβs quite a lot of Servants that got some people really rustled, so Iβd like to know who you all think those Servants are. For me, the list would go like this:
β’Saber: Nero (too many costumes) β’Archer: Chloe (straight up banned in some Discord servers) β’Lancer: idk β’Rider: Either Blackbeard or Columbus β’Assassin: Jack (we all know why) β’Caster: idk β’Berserker: idk
But thatβs just my list, who do you all think are some of the most controversial Servants in the Fate community
I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

For those of you who are unable to buy the published edition no worries, the free Reddit edition can still be found here: Book 1, chapter 1

Lon'thul watched as his father approached casually while Chal'ack glared down at him. Dek'thul didn't seem concerned now that his son had dropped his bow and Tel'ron was down and out. Not that the younger hunter blamed him. In the situation he currently found himself in, Lon'thul couldn't think of a single way out of this mess.
The worst of it was Chal'ac's betrayal. He'd been prepared to fight his father, as difficult as it might have been in more than one way, but the assault from someone he'd trusted left him feeling lost and confused. All he could do was turn his head to look back and forth between the two, wondering when they'd set this up and what the price for his head had been...
Lon'thul was just giving in to the hopeless feeling of defeat when a scream of anger and defiance came out of the most unlikely of sources. Em'brel launched herself from the corner of the room, a spear that had been left behind for repairs in hand. Ordinarily, she'd be no match for the more experienced hunter, but he was already tired and injured from his skirmish with his son, and she'd caught him completely by surprise.
If he was honest with himself, her attack's strength, determination, and ferocity surprised Lon'thul as well. When Dek'thul first appeared, and she'd frozen in fear, both males had dismissed her as a combatant in the ensuing fight. But what they'd also forgotten was an animal was always at its most dangerous when backed into a corner. All of Em'brel's torments,

Everything is pretty much the same until SE.RA.PH., for the aftermath, I want to actually call attention to the fact that we are talking with BB and Kiara, aka people from the future of Fate/EXTRA with knowledge of Spiritron Hacking, aka the form of magic used once the era of mystery comes to a close. I feel like that might be something Chaldea would be interesting in learning about.
Also, one thing I wanted to do with Kiara involves the Memorial Essences. Normally used to have Servants gain memories and experiences from other versions of themselves, I had the idea of the summonable Alter Ego Kiara gaining a Memorial Essence of her former good human self that was eradicated. It doesnβt completely erase the more twisted CCC Kiara, they both kind of exist in the body with FGO~Kiara being in the back of her head trying to reason with her CCC self. You know that scene in Samurai Jack with Aku having therapy with himself? Itβs like that in her head. It would result in a sort of personality merge eventually. I didnβt just want to have FGO!Kiara take over the body because that kind of erases consequences (in a fic where Romani gets summoned back via an opening in the throne after his sacrifice and Da Vinci doesnβt die, so I am simply being a selective asshole).
For the Summer 2017 Race, I wanted to add a bit more of a serious take to it. The event as far as I know is Ishtar trying to use the magical energy of the racers to build a new Gugalanna. This could probably be all the βuseless goddessβ jokes getting to her so she can pull a βWHOSE LAUGHING NOW!?β moment.
Finally, the Christmas 2017 event with Ereshkigal in the Underworld. I have considered switching it with the 2nd Christmas event with Jeanne Alter Santa Lily so the sequel for Babylonia will happen directly after it. But to switch the plot around and have it fit with the slice-of-life BS of Fragments, my alternate take on the idea is just Chaldea going to the Underworld to spruce the place up like Ereshkigal wanted, like one of those home improvement shows. Nergal can show up to be a Grinch if we need an antagonist. Just as a big Christmas present for Eresh. I mean this is the last heartwarming event before the Lostbelt s

You can read the first two parts on VANILLA and BURNING CRUSADE here. I recommend reading them first, but you should be able to understand this post just fine either way. #Part 3 - Wrath of the Lich King
Here we are, hereβs the good stuff. This is one of my top two favourite expansions β but unlike my other favourite, most people actually loved this one too. After the bizarre two-year LSD-fuelled interlude that was Burning Crusade, players were back in Azeroth, plunging into the icy continent of Northrend. Out of all the content missed from Vanilla, this was the place players most desperately wanted to go. And it was excellently done. This expansion concerns the story of Arthas Menethil, also known as the Lich King. I wonβt go into the details because weβd be here for hours, but hereβs a quick twenty minute refresher and hereβs a three hour long monstrosity.
On their journey from level 70 to 80, players had the option of starting out on Howling Fjord or Borean Tundra. From there they would visit either the jungle-heavy Scholozar Basin or Grizzly Hills, a chilled out alpine zone with beautiful music. After the nature zones were done, we moved onto the desolate Dragonblight, absolutely brimming with dragon lore, or the home of the Frost Trolls, ZulβDrak β wowβs first totally urban zone. After that, players usually hit level 68, and were able to buy the ability to fly β which was vital for the final two zones due to their inhuman scale β Icecrown, the bastion of the Lich Kingβs army, or the mystical [Storm Peaks]( https://wow.zamimg

#Meadowsβ text messages
The Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol voted unanimously to hold former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows in contempt last week for refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena. During the meeting, Vice Chair Liz Cheney (R-WY) read aloud text messages sent to Meadows during the insurrection from various Fox News personalities, lawmakers, Capitol staffers, and Donald Trump Jr.
Text messages from those inside the Capitol, including Republican members:
>-"Hey, Mark, protestors are literally storming the Capitol. Breaking windows on doors. Rushing in. Is Trump going to say something?"
>-"We are under siege up here at the Capitol."
>-"They have breached the Capitol."
>-"There's an armed standoff at the House Chamber door."
>-"We are all helpless."
Messages from Trump administration officials:
>-"POTUS has to come out firmly and tell protestors to dissipate. Someone is going to get killed"
>-"Mark, he needs to stop this. Now"
>-"TELL THEM TO GO HOME"
>-"POTUS needs to calm this shit down."
Messages from Fox News hosts:
>Laura Ingraham: "Hey Mark, the president needs to tell people in the Capitol to go home...this is hurting all of us...he is destroying his legacy."
>Brian Kilmeade: "Please get him on tv. Destroying everything you have accomplished."
>Sean Hannity: "Can he make a statement?...Ask people to leave the Capitol."
These same personalities then went on national television to deflect blame from Trump despite privately acknowledging that the insurrectionists were Trumpβs people. For instance, while lawmakers were gathering to restart the electoral vote count, Ingraham suggest Antifa and provocateurs were responsible for the Jan. 6 attack.
**Donald Trump Jr. also texted Mead

Alot of great jokes get posted here! However just because you have a joke, doesn't mean it's a dad joke.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT NSFW, THIS IS ABOUT LONG JOKES, BLONDE JOKES, SEXUAL JOKES, KNOCK KNOCK JOKES, POLITICAL JOKES, ETC BEING POSTED IN A DAD JOKE SUB
Try telling these sexual jokes that get posted here, to your kid and see how your spouse likes it.. if that goes well, Try telling one of your friends kid about your sex life being like Coca cola, first it was normal, than light and now zero , and see if the parents are OK with you telling their kid the "dad joke"
I'm not even referencing the NSFW, I'm saying Dad jokes are corny, and sometimes painful, not sexual

Of Men and Dragons, Book 2 Chapter 49
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To'brel woke up feeling like he'd hardly slept at all. But, of course, that was because that's exactly what happened. In many ways, it reminded him of his first night here. Admittedly he had a bit more privacy now that they'd put him up in his own room, but there were just as many things running through his mind as that first night, maybe more so.
As he sat up and rubbed his face, the events of the previous day struck him once again. Only a day ago, he'd woken up ready for another day at the outpost, nothing had seemed out of the ordinary, and he'd had no indication the state of things would be changing any time soon. Yet, today his father was dead, he was Lord of his village, Lord A'ngles seemed tied in with the village and his father in ways To'brel had never heard before now, and apparently, the young noble...young Lord he corrected himself, was a central figure in a war about to be fought between Lord A'gles's seemingly vast army and the smaller but much better armed and armored outpost he was now a guest of. So why was he so numb?
To'brel shook his head at himself. He should be devastated by the loss of his father and terrified of his new responsibilities. Then there was the politics and the war... He had no idea what he should feel about those. Instead, he was sitting in bed, completely paralyzed, deciding between getting up and looking for something to
