The reason Wano was known as the land of gold and Ryuma fought off the World Government is because of Noland. The missing land of gold that was Jaya was thought to be the mysterious land that is Wano. Both Ryuma and Noland died around 400 years ago so the timelines add up.

No one was hurt. The explosion was heard 2 miles down the road. This facility dehydrates waste solids, while it’s down the waste will be hauled to the landfill. Replacement parts are likely going to be difficult to get, my understanding is the equipment is pretty specialized.
Edit: the drying facility is on E Wyman Rd, that’s where the explosion was, not at the WWTF which is on Fox Hunter
