>Hitman 3, more than a third installment of a video game sub-saga, is more like a third season of it. It is totally continuous and does not hide in this sense. It is true that it does not add anything substantial, but it is also true that the base it inherits is very, very good. And the new maps show the experience already acquired from the two previous games, offering us some of the best maps of the trilogy.

The funeral director was asking us what we think Mum should wear in her casket.

Mum always loved to wear sarongs (fabric wraps that go around the torso and drape downward a bit like a long skirt would), so my uncle suggested that she wear a sarong in there.

The funeral director looked a bit confused, as did some of our family members, to which my uncle added:

"What's sarong with that?"

I started laughing like an idiot. He was proud of it too. The funeral director was rather shocked. We assured her, and our more proper relatives, that Mum would've absolutely loved the joke (which is very true).

His delivery was perfect. I'll never forget the risk he took. We sometimes recall the moment as a way help cushion the blows of the grieving process.

1. One Bayfront Plaza- Tibor Hollo 1,000+ foot office building. this has seemingly been talked about for over a decade on prime real estate right on biscayne Blvd...not sure if this will ever get built. It’s been approved too. This has unblocked east facing views to Bayfront Park and the ocean. Incredible location.

2. SkyRise Miami- this 1,000+ foot “entertainment” tower has also been talked about for about 7 years wirh nothing happening. Also curious as to why if anyone knows. The design is very polarizing as people who know about this project probably know.

3. One Brickell City Centre- Another 1,000+ foot tower. We have already seen Swire build an incredible project in Bricjell City centre here. This tower on the corner of 8th at US1 can change the skyline. This has been talked about for over a decade and I sure they don’t scale down the height or just don’t ever build this and sell the land. Also hope they change the rather boring design.

4. Foster + Partners twin towers- These 1,000+ foot towers are in the best remaining property in brickell between jade and The Mark on the water. Not sure what’s going on but have also. Even hearing about rumblings from this for about a decade.

5. Okan Tower- About 850 feet tall and close to the brightline starion. Absolutely beautiful design and have heard very little about this after a ton of momentum early on.

6. One River Point- I’ve seen renderings of these 800+ foot twin towers for at least 6 years. This property is right on the river between Mint, Ivy and Wind. These condos would have some incredible east and south facing views and would probably make the north side of the river more walkable for pedestrians.

Other notable question marks:

1,000+ foot tower Miami central 1 right by brightline station.Pretty sure Skidmore, wounds and Merrill are designing this tower which is exciting.

ITC Miami- World Trade Center of America’s. Such a beautiful design. About 1,000 feet tall right on biscayne Blvd where the current holiday inn is.
