A list of puns related to "Israel Travel"
Is it possible to reach Israel by boat from the European mainland? On Google I cant find a clear answer. Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone!
I've been thinking a lot recently about possibly having a roadtrip to Israel some time during 2022 or 2023 to my long distance boyfriend to surprise him. I come from Scandinavia so it'll be quite the trip and as far as I know there are certain places you really wouldn't want to pass through as a foreigner... I highly doubt, as well as from what I heard, that Syria is safe to drive through or am I mistaken? And are there other places you would recommend not passing through either?
I've been thinking about taking a ferry from Turkey directly to Israel (maybe Haifa?) if possible or maybe even through Cyprus first or is that just making things more difficult? Of course, there is always the flight but I just figured it would be awesome to show up at his house in my own car for some reason? C:
In light of the manner in which travel to Israel is being handled, it is not clear what viable ways there are out of it. For Israel to be able to develop enough to be able to function and thrive as it wants to, there will eventually need to be a way to ensure travel in and out of Israel is secure and reliable. This goes for tourism, business trips, international events and so on.
As it is, Israel seems at risk of losing the reputation its built over the years as viable place to do business with, to tour, to trade with and so on. To my understanding, a lot of hotels, restaurants, factories, tech industries and the rest have to some extent made up for lost business by relying more on local Israeli business and tourism more than they used to. That said, I don't see this as a viable permanent model. And as far as variants go, there's going to be variants for years if not decades to come. If they were the Spanish Flu in terms of lethality, it would be one thing but there's not much evidence it's going that direction. It's possible that Omicron is closer to the seasonal flu than the original Alpha in terms of lethality. The issues with this as a long term policy are outlined here: https://www.jpost.com/health-and-wellness/coronavirus/israels-covid-19-travel-restrictions-make-no-sense-comment-687697
What methods are there for Israel to eventually get past this?
Hi there! I posted in another sub, but I guess I will get down to basics. I am a 27 year old woman from the US. My husband isn't such a traveler, so I have been wanting to make my first solo/ female travel to the Middle East, preferably Oman or Israel. I have only traveled to Jamaica, so keep that in mind... I am always researching customs, etiquette, and nuances of the Middle East as much as I can as a newbie.
