A list of puns related to "Irvine Ranch Water District"
My partner and I have been moving around and finally have settled into an apartment in Irvine. We lived in 2 places in Huntington Beach, and an apartment in Oregon over the past couple months.
As soon as we settled into our apartment, we noticed immediately changes in our skin. (Change in texture, breakouts , etc.) weβre confident itβs our apartment and probably the water because we even went on vacation for a couple days and our skin cleared up while out of town. (I should probably note our apartment is brand new, built in 2021.)
So my question, is the water out here in Irvine any certain way that would be causing this? The home in HB we were in had a water softener in it, so I think that might be our ticket. Sorry if this is overall a stupid question
Does anyone have similar experience?

Hey guys,
I'm currently back working in the office and I am by Jamboree and Main. I always go to the same food court (the one with Punjabi Tandoor) for lunch and have been wanting to switch it up. Do you guys have any recommendations on cheap-ish lunch places within a 5-10 minute drive?
No preferences regarding what type of food. I just want to get the best restaurant that wouldn't already be booked for lunch tomorrow.
Prefer a quiet ambiance that lends well to having conversations without having to shout over everyone else and music blaring in the background.
Bonus points if there's particularly nice outdoor scenery. I know Javier's at Irvine Spectrum recently renovated their outdoor seating, but I'm guessing it's already fully booked, and I prefer something closer to west Irvine anyway.
You gotta be
You gotta be
At our ranch property we have a well into limestone which on the paper strips tests out very hard. The previous owner has a pretty extensive setup of Flek 5600 tanks (huge ones). These are the mechanical ones. we are finishing a new weekend house out there, but still only expect to use minimal water (toilets, sinks, maybe dishwasher, and less than 5 showers a month). The problem with our Flek system is it is mechanical so if I leave it on it will regen WAY more often than we actually need based on usage. I could unplug it when we are gone, which I guess could keep it from using up my cistern water.
Alternatively, I was thinking about buying a used digital system which runs based on volume not time.
Other than burning through salt, is there any reason I cannot run a smaller setup, like a 36k or 48k softener? Our volume is so low I expect regen to be so infrequent that the salt cost will not matter as much as the cost and challenge of buying a large enough (80k) system on day one. All of this is while we save up for a rainwater system anyway.
TLDR: Can I run a 36k WS on water that should have 80K, just at the cost of more salt?
TLDR2: Can you just unplug the mechanical Flek, and only turn it on when we are using water, so only getting a regen cycle every few months (which itself is only a few thousand gal).
It doesnβt make sense to me because they could boil it and itβs hard to believe that Jeremiah didnβt stockpile iodine tablets
Can anyone recommend an SSI Open Water Certification location near Irvine, CA?
Couldβve sworn we were getting some Jah for a little late night ticket - Saturday edition. Am I crazy?
I love the occasional ranch water, but would you ever use a lot 100, or a fuenteseca, etc? Or should there be a maximum level of greatness one should use and anything better opt for sipping straight?
