The $0.60 EMPTY cup at Oak Grove Kentucky Pilot (Exit 89 - Interstate 24)
Fueled up with 188 gallons, go in and buy two bottles of water. I place an empty cup on the counter as well. Only having two bottles of water it was easy to check the math and notice the 60 cent cup charge.
I told the lady behind the counter that 60 cents was ridiculous and the keep the thing. She took the cup and threw it in the trashcan!!
Pilot must be barely making ends meet if they are charging for an empty cup.
What is wrong with companies like this?
TA never charges me for an empty cup.
I guess the 60 cent cup is going to cost pilot thousands of dollars per year as I will never fuel there again.

Customer came in asking us to change the tire because it was flat. She literally came off the interstate at 60+mph in this condition.
