Regular tachycardia with a wide and complete QRS. Slow R wave progression. T wave normal. U wave absent. I have trouble distinguishing the P wave from the QRS in leads II, III, AVR, AVL, and V3.
Based on what I can understand, my best guess would be a left bundle branch block. Thanks for checking it out.
Edit: There's a lot of very interesting discussion going on here. I also have this older EKG from the same person (7 years ago). I didn't put it here at first because it seemed pretty clean to me but I may have missed something since this case seems a lot more complex than I had anticipated. Thank you for your contributions!

Hello Kdrama community!
New user here, so not entirely sure if this is going to work, but Iβm giving it a try.
I'm a masterβs student at the University of Leeds (UK) and I am doing my dissertation on romance-focused Korean dramas. The focus of the research is masculinity representations and international audiences perception (most research out there is based on Asian audiences only, whereas Iβd like to get a better understanding of what global audiences perceive).
In particular Iβd like to talk to English speaking global audiences that are situated outside of Korea. This is because I want to find out if the representation of masculinity in romance-focused dramas does, or does not, influence viewers perception of masculinity in real life, and, in general, how global viewers decode this kind of masculinity (How does it compare from the masculinity represented in your home countryβs media? Is it similar or not? How so? Things like these). For this purpose, I am looking for some volunteers to participate in focus groups, via Zoom preferably. English doesnβt have to be your first language, but the focus groups will take place in English so we need to be able to conversate in said language.
The published research will be completely anonymous and when logging into Zoom you can choose your own pseudonyms to maintain anonymity! For anyone who is interested, I will provide more info regarding how your data will be used, consent form, etc.
Unfortunately, I donβt have much to offer, apart from a nice chat about Korean dramas and the chance to, possibly, make friends!
If youβd be happy to participate, please leave a comment under the post and I can contact you with more information via private message.
Thank you and I hope to talk to you soon about Kdramas! :)
Kia Ora everyone,
As part of an international collaboration between researchers in over 40 countries, weβre looking to find out how different actors (people, movements, organisations) that are associated with the current COVID-19 pandemic are perceived in different countries around the globe β including New Zealand! As we know, the experience of New Zealand has been fairly unique so far relative to the rest of the world, so itβs that much more important that our voice is included. Hereβs a quick 15-minute online survey: https://durhampsychology.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bk0BdOHFvhbbUA6.
Itβs completely anonymous and has received ethical approval from institutions both in New Zealand and abroad. There is absolutely no obligation. If you have a moment to spare, we would love to hear your point of view!
Hello everyone. Im an American student who has completed a 4 year degree from the United States and wants to try and see about school in Europe. I have a few questions and it would mean a lot if I could get some help.
So my main issue is I am trying to figure out how to cover the cost of education if I manage to make it into a school here. I'm quite poor and don't make much money, and my family can not do much for me.
In particular I am interested in attending school at Leicester or SGUL, but they have respective international fees of near 23000gbp and 40000gbp. These schools are important choices for me because they qualify for US student loans to help cover me. However, I can only receive up to 20000USD or so yearly, so I need a way to get more money for tuition and cost of living. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or suggestions on this. Iirc a lot of UK students graduate with a lot of debt, but the UK makes them pay it off by the amount of money they are getting. I was wondering if that is an option for me? Am I allowed to ask some entity to cover the cost of everything in my studies and then I pay it off after graduating? Or is there nothing like that for me to access in the UK?
Thank you very much for your time and I hope you have a good day.
Hi there!!
I'm an EU student living in England and am a finalist (undegraduate) in my course, but due to health reasons had to request suspension this year. I have explained thsi situation to the accommodation staff and they said they only accept release from contract if I find a new tenant or withdraw studies. What can I do in this situation? So far, I contacted university staff for help and they said that not much can be done as it is a private residence as well and I've posted an ad looking fora replacement tenant but so far no luck.
Can anyone offer me any advice? I don't know what else to do as I'm paying for an accommodation I'm not using anymore.
Thank you for your help π
I have recently been diagnosed with a lacunar infarct. My doctor/radiologist said it was likely a result of recent covid infection. I did not ask how old the infarct was. Are they able to tell simply based on MRI w/ and w/o contrast.
