SHUKAN (SPECIAL) - Sources close to the Shukan Shinco Magazine are confirming rumors which suggest that Chairman of Russia, Maxim Katz has refused his invitation to Tokyo. For the first time in over a decade, the Great Doors to Tokyo have been opened and the world has been invited for a brief time within the halls of the Emperor and the Nation. Among those are set to be the heads of state from the Commonwealth of Nordic Kingdoms, the UKOBI, even Poland. And yet - a notable lack of the Russian Chairman is rumored to be the case. The Russian Head of State is precisely, rumored to have been quoted with the following,

The message is rumored to have continued with a Russian request to "skip the invitation and hospitality of His Imperial Majesty" and instead "focus on a meeting with the Prime Minister". These rumors have sent the public swirling, with protests outside the Russian Embassy in New Taipei alongside demands from within the LDP and the Neo-Sakurakai party (Imperial Diet) for a "cease to Russian SPS membership". One Imperial Member of the Diet was even quoted with the following on television,
