A list of puns related to "Ilene Chaiken"
I was just looking through the original L Word's Wikipedia page and found this quote. I think it explains why the original and Gen Q feel like two completely different shows.
Ilene Chaiken, "I do want to move people on some deep level. But I won't take on the mantle of social responsibility. That's not compatible with entertainment. I rail against the idea that pop television is a political medium. I am political in my life. But I am making serialized melodrama. I'm not a cultural missionary."
From the same article as the quote Katherine Moennig says, "But how can we represent a society? We're just a few people. That's not fair."
I didn't watch live last night, instead I did this morning and I've got to admit I watched OC before SVU and HOLY S***.
The car scene between Liv and Elliot was sooooo good, so powerful, so THEM.
I also love that they're exploring aspects of Stabler's mental health like PTSD because in SVU they never did. I'm 100% sure he is telling her to back off to protect her but when he needs someone she definitely will be there for him.
I'm in love with OC let's keep it moving.
Sorry all you non-crazy Jennies. ππ And the crazy ones too.
how would they be related to the original characters? who would be a good love interest for them? (if any) what would be their storyline?
Here are mine:
Just sums up what a joke this reboot has been when everything regarding Sepideh/Gigi has been by accident.
Do you guys think Alice wrote about Jenny in her book? Also, do you think itβs surprising that the originals donβt mention Jenny? Iβm just curious as to what your opinion is.
Where one partner might die?
RIP Gina you will be missed greatly
The dialogue between Uncle Nicky from This is Us and Bette is unintentionally hilarious!: "Back in the 90's, when you were at the CAC pairing art with activism, no one else was doing that yet! I admit, for once I didn't foresee a trend! 25 years lateryou are still the only one who can help me catch up ... on, uh, 'those causes'. I assume you are still passionate about them? " Like man. The only way it makes sense is as a projection of how Ilene Chaiken believes she is percieved.
