Hudson Yards Elevator Question

So can someone here explain why Hudson Yard observation deck only has two relatively small express elevators? For traveling over 100 stories and being very busy, this seems like a dumb decision. Anyone here provide some insight?

Also if anyone cares, I made a video of the whole place and my elevator ride up. Believe the whole place uses TK equipment.

Hey all! I was wondering if there was any feasible way to get buildings on top of a sunken railyard/railway line, akin to the Hudson Yards development in New York City? I know that Cities needs to have solid ground underneath buildings which makes this difficult, looking for help!
