My main complaint isn't even that you are basically required to be a ridiculous caricature that is worse than a cartoon supervillain (because cartoon supervillains usually have some form of restraint). It's not that the game mechanically discourages any kind of nuance in favor of either being the Ultimate Good Boy or the Dirtiest, Nastiest of All Boys. It's not even that the game's idea of "Evil" is so one-dimensional as to be actually, legitimately laughable. Don't get me wrong, all of those things are bad, and stupid, but they are not my biggest problem with the Evil side of the game.
My biggest problem is that Evil Delsin feels like a totally different person than Good Delsin.
The Two Ravens motif on the back of Delsin's jacket is based on an old, supposedly Native American parable about Two Wolves. "Two wolves are constantly battling inside you. One is evil, and one is good. Which will win? The one you feed."
Based on the way that motif evolves as you proceed down one path or the other, it's very clear that one path is supposed to be you "feeding" Delsin's best parts, while the other is supposed to be encouraging his worst. But Good Delsin and Evil Delsin don't feel like alternate versions of the same character, they feel like two guys who have never even met. More specifically, Good Delsin seems to be who the character actually is based on his backstory and the tidbits we learn about him in loading screens, while Evil Delsin feels like an outside force has possessed Good Delsin and is now making him act like a violent sociopath for no reason other than its own twisted entertainment (which is basically what happens, if you think about it).
This isn't an uncommon failing in games with binary morality meters like this, but it's especially bad in this game, at least partly because the game itself actually contains examples of this being done right. Corrupted/Redeemed Fetch and Eugene do not feel like different people, but rather each feels like a version of the character they were before, just with different aspects of their personalities emphasized. Different wolves fed.
Fetch is a character with a lot of baggage. She's got some violent urges, and a strong vengeful streak, but her ultimate goal is to prevent others from suffering as she did. Redeeming Fetch focuses on her desire to spare others her fate, and de-emphasizes her violent urges while still allowing her to have some form of vengeance against the drug dealers. Hot Sauce Committee Part Two is the eighth and final studio album by American hip hop band Beastie Boys, released on May 3, 2011, through Capitol Records. The project was originally planned to be released in two parts, with Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 1 originally planned for release in 2009. The release was delayed after band member Adam "MCA" Yauch was diagnosed with cancer. After a two-year delay, only one collection of tracks, Part Two, was released and the plan for a two-part album was eventually abandoned in light of Yauch's death on May 4, 2012.
The album received critical acclaim upon its release, with critics praising the energetic rapping, experimental production, and disregard for contemporary hip hop trends. It also had a positive commercial performance, debuting at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. The release was supported by four singles – "Lee Majors Come Again", "Too Many Rappers" featuring Nas, "Make Some Noise", and "Don't Play No Game That I Can't Win" featuring Santigold.
#Background
The album was previously known by the working title Tadlock's Glasses, which was stated to be a reference to a former bus driver named Tadlock, who used to drive for Elvis Presley's back-up singers. Presley once gave Tadlock a pair of glasses which he was proud of. It was later speculated that the Tadlock's Glasses story was simply a joke misinterpreted by the media.
A large amount of material was recorded, and the plan was to release the album, now called Hot Sauce Committee, in two parts as the Beastie Boys revealed to Drowned in Sound. Regarding the structure of the album, Yauch stated, "It’s a combination of playing and sampling stuff as we’re playing, and also sampling pretty obscure records. There are a lot of songs on the record and there are a lot of short songs and they kind of all run into each other." A commentary track included with the Check Your Head re-release mentions that Bob Dylan would appear on the album.

The first part of the album was intended to be called Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 1 and was prepared for release, with artwork revealed and a planned release date of September 15, 2009. In an interview the Beastie Boys stated that the album was completed and group announced that they would tour the United Kingdom in support of the new record. This was delayed after Adam "MCA" Yauch was diagnosed with cancer. On July 20, 2009, Yauch announced the cancellation of tour dates, and assured fans that he should be fine after surgery.

I'm erging like 80-90 minutes a day, what lifts should I hit to get stronger for rowing and also get bigger/leaner/more aesthetic? Primarily interested in defined abs arms and quads.
