A list of puns related to "Honda Cr V"
Car is a 2010 Honda CR-V with Nav.
We last drove the CR-V on New Years Eve and everything was fine. No battery change or electrical issues. Went for a drive today and noticed the clock shows 4:00. Tried setting the clock with the Settings->Clock Settings menu but the system would immediately reset it to 12:00. Leaving the menu and the clock shows 4:00. GPS appears to be fine and nav is tracking. Anyone else seen this?
FOUND!!! Thank you for all for keeping an eye out for my Tuna. Police found her in McNary Estates Apartments early this morning. Officer happened to see my car and remembered the plate from a Facebook post. She is trashed inside and at a glance all my belongings are gone but a whole lotta things in there that are not mine. Looks mostly like retail theft stuff but if anyone has had anything stolen lately let me know and I will keep an eye out for it.

Ive been staying with my dad out of town for the past couple weeks on break from college. Tell me why everywhere I look I see a Honda CR-V. At one point there was even one me right in front of me and right behind me, trapping me in. I know itβs probably not like this everywhere but still. Why are there do many? And does everyone have one?
Hello all. I placed an order in November for a 2022 Honda CR-V and the dealer accepted a deposit on an existing allocation for a Jan, 2022 build and quoted a price of $33,575 but now the price shows as $34,225 as Honda took a $650 price increase in January in the middle of the model year (I know b/c I have a VIN and it's on cars.com as an inbound vehicle). The dealer is not aware I already stalked this out and I am asking now to be prepared for when I walk in next week.
Would you expect I will be protected from this price increase even if it appears on the Monroney?
To sum it up: radiator, radiator fan, aircon radiator, cradle, suspension, alternator, engine mountings. I think thatβs it. Its a cheap project I got next to nothing that I want to play with
Edit: Also the starter
I want to do some winter camping in my Honda CR-V. Iβve heard that you lose most heat from the windows and the best solution is installing reflectix on the windows to help keep the heat in. Once you cut out the insulation for the windows, how do you actually attach it to the windows inside the car?
Hello! I have been trying to deal with this issue for about 6 months now.
Itβs a 2004 Honda CR-V (4-Cyl) with approximately 190,000 Miles and Automatic Transmission.
The CR-V sputters when itβs at idle. When Iβm at a stop, the car idles at around 800 rpm?
The shaking/sputtering stops/lessens when I put it in neutral.
I have already tried changing: Throttle Body, Idle Air Control Valve, Catalytic Converter, Spark Plugs, MAF, Oxygen Sensors (All), and probably some more Iβm forgetting about.
Iβm still getting a code for Bank 1 Sensor 1 even though I replaced it. Could be a bad harness maybe or fuel system related? Itβs the only code Iβm getting.
I did a cylinder compression test and everything is fine.
I donβt know where else to go for this. Could it be a bad fuel pump/injectors? Maybe motor mounts?
I think Iβm going to try a smoke leak test next, and see where it leads but I donβt know what I could do next. Any ideas?
I have a Honda CR-V with 190k miles I just bought for 800$ what things should I get done to make it run smooth as butter I have a few minor things I need to get done like oil change, new muffler, and tune up. besides that what else should I do to it? Thanks (was going to take it to mechanic tomorrow just to get it checked out
I am currently debating whether I should upgrade my Stereo, add an aftermarket amp, sub, new door speakers and tweeters. I currently own a 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L with the 7 speaker package. I am planning on purchasing them from Crutchfield, is that a good idea? The speakers lack all sorts of bass, and get distorted over 20/40 for the volume. I am unsure what to do about the sub and stereo. I am thinking about adding:
What advice do you have? I am worried about the install process and I want it to be as safe as possible. My car has the stock amp, stock sub, stock door speakers, and stock tweeters. I want to retain backup camera features but I donβt care about steering wheel features. I am willing to spend $1200-$1500 at most for the project. I do not necessarily need a touch screen for the stereo. I am also worried about the fire hazard potential. Is it even worth doing? Also Crutchfield ONLY has ΒΌ of their head units IN STOCK and β of their subs because of the chip shortage. Is it worth waiting 2 years for until the shortage is over? Or should I pull the trigger and do it now before college break is over?
Hi all, I am looking to purchase a hybrid SUV in Colorado. RAV4s are pretty impossible to find and the primes are several thousand above MSRP. I did manage to find a CRV EX hybrid going for $500 above mrsp and then with about 3k of added accessories then plus taxes and some other fees, it'll be about 39k. This seems high to me and the all weather accessories (running board, some crv personalization, dent prevention accessories, all weather mats, cargo mats, and some other stuff) seem like overkill. I'm not from here, and am not sure if they will ultimately be helpful.
I am currently without a car and need one sooner rather than later, so I don't exactly have the luxury of waiting too long as public transportation in my area is not great. I placed a deposit on this vehicle and they'll hold it until tomorrow. The salesperson told me that it'll likely sell "in an hour" if I pass on it, but this feels like pressure tactics. They also noted that a non acessorized CRV is not likely to become available for weeks to a month.
Another option is to purchase in my home state (NC) which has lower sales tax and my dealership there doesn't tack on a bunch of stuff or heavily mark up the price. They let me know they could sell the EX hybrid for 34,500 OTD. But availability is uncertain (could be a week to a month), I'd also have to drive the car over from NC, which I don't mind.
I would appreciate any thoughts. Thank you.
Searching on Craigslist, I found this Honda. The owner is a 75 year old grandma who used the car for grocery runs since the car was new. She has all of the vehicle serviced logged as well. The vehicle is clean and well taken care of. I though I might add that this Honda was manufactured in Ohio I believe. Garage kept its whole life. Are there any problems with this yesr model or manufacturing plant? How much life should I expect out of this vehicle, considering that the vehicle is 10 years old. Woulda you buy?
My 2004 Honda CR-V sometimes doesnβt want to start I noticed it more in the cold. It cranks over kind of weak and has the spit and sputter sounds like itβs not getting enough of something air, fuel. Check engine light came on tells me intake tempature sensor and IMCV intake manifold control valve I replaced both of them and it still does it at times. Sometimes it will start when it cranks over in a weak way with spitting like sounds but it runs horribly so I turn it off and restart and it runs fine. Iβm at a loss to what it could be.
Hey all, just bought a 2004 Honda CRV EX! Loving it so far. Only problem is the FOB doesn't work and I need to buy a replacement. So far all the places I called are selling them for $150 (250 at the dealership). Anyone know of any that will work that are not OEM?

Used dealership selling a Honda CR-V from 2007 with AWD for 5800. It has about 170,000 miles. Supposedly maintenance has been done regularly and the car is clean. Iβm going to drive it soon.
It sounds crazy but Iβm this market Iβm so lost. I think itβs a great price but maybe Iβm loosing it?
Any suggestions, is there a good price?
Any other suggestions for cars? Really trying to stay around 5000 right now but it feels impossible to get anything good.
Coincidental with the last update, remote start on my 2017 CR-V has started causing the car to behave erratically. It causes the random alerts on the car display. It causes the wireless key to stop working. Once it fully started the car rather than the intermediate start that is supposed to happen. Then, the alarm went off as I started to drive.
Anyone else also having issues?
Edit: Solved. My car battery died a few weeks after this post.
