Hi everyone, first time on this subreddit. I was wondering if any of you recalled any examples of a company doing an ad/ad campaign related to High School Homecoming or Proms? Specifically anything related to the marketing of dresses for those events. I'm planning on developing my own campaign soon related to this topic, but it would be nice to see what others have done.
Guys, I missed out a lot, and I feel bad, it's my fault though, I got Destiny 2 when it came out and played the first half of the Red War, or at least to the point where I had to rescue Cayde and Failsafe, then I bought Warmind and Curse of Osiris and never played it. Now all of that content is gone, and I just miss the Red War, Tower on fire, great soundtrack when you were in the mountains. It truly felt like everything was lost. So I'm just asking. What was your guys reactions when you played the first mission.
I just started destiny 2 watched all cinematics and story from destiny 1 so I would be caught up but now I can't even find the original destiny 2 missions. I read that I had to go to Amanda holliday to get home coming so I can play the red war campaign but she has never given it to me. Did they remove the original game? I'm playing on stadia so I got the game for free but I also paid $50 USD to get all the dlc. Where can I get the red war campaign?!

After just over eighteen months on campaign, the First, Second, and Third Royal Gorkha Army Regiments have returned to the Kingdom proper. King Nagendra himself has met his loyal soldiers in Lucknow amid ticker-tape parades and public celebrations.
Also in attendance, under heavy guard, was Rabindra Shah. The once-King was recaptured by RGA troops in the last days of their campaign just across the border from the Empire town of Kanpur. A fugitive for the last three years, his presence at the ceremony serves as a reminder that no traitor of dharma is beyond the reach of Aryavarta.
Across the Himalayas
While their compatriots are showered with accolades, the Fourth Royal Gorkha Army Regiment has crossed the Himalayas to find communities awaiting rescue. This northern territory surrounding Lake Manasarovar has been all but abandoned. Reliant on Hindu pilgrims who visit the Lake, and the headwaters of the Indus, Ganges, and Brahmaputra rivers, these communities have reached out to Kathmandu for aid.
The Fourth Regiment, with aid from their porters, has begun to clear a way across the Himalayas, and further development by the Royal Gorkha Army Corp of Engineers is forthcoming.
Unexpected, but not unwelcome
Some political power is reserved for the local communities in Aryavarta, but it's unusual for communities to petition the Royal Palace directly since the Loksabha was instituted.
However, a collection of towns just to the east have directly petitioned King Nagendra to join the Kingdom. It's not entirely clear to Royal Palace officials why such a development has occurred. Perhaps they had some worry His Majesty's protection would assuage, perhaps they just wanted to align themselves with a nation that was geographically and culturally close.
Regardless, we will not refuse those who choose fealty to Kathmandu.

I just finished Homecoming and I have to say it was the first campaign that I didn't find myself just spam clicking through to get the cards. I actually paid attention to what was going on and there were moments where I felt immersed in what I was doing.
The interaction was non-existent at times, but overall I found having a pre-constructed deck to be a lot more fun than the previous layout. The special rules or circumstances from previous campaigns are fun, but most of the time you can simply ignore them and just run through it with the same deck no matter what it happens to be. Perhaps in the future, some combination of these two campaign layouts will be worked out - but I hope most of what was seen in Homecoming is kept as a foundation.
Great job, keep up the good work.
RNG was terrible and not one of those pre-constructed decks would last a round in the Gauntlet, much less against a player. Really wish we could have adjusted the decks with the new cards we got, at least, to try them out. That being said, it was a nice change of pace to play something new in the game, and some of the new cards are definitely going in my decks. All in all, campaign was worth it to me.
Jonah asked this question in his chat. Not many gave an answer above 6. Curious how the subreddit responds.

I started out with 3 other friends, but because we couldn't really find where to go, they all ended up quitting. I've only found out about the campaigns thanks to the YouTube videos talking about it. The campaigns are really easy to miss, and I think going through the campaigns really boosted the experience for me.
Just connecting the initial tutorial to beginning of the campaign would have really helped....
Why didn't they just do this in the first place? I'm just worried that there might be other people who's turned away from this game because of a simple design flaw...
The Vaegirs are intent on righting an old wrong.
The Fall of Rivacheg and subsequent looting of the once "impenetrable" city has been a prevalent stain on the reign of King /u/Saultnami. While many agree that the walls could not hope to stand after weeks of continuous siege weapon bombardment, Nord King /u/Smug_Alpaca has used every opportunity to rub sa(u)lt in the wound. Newly nicknamed "Rubacheg" by the occupying forces, the city has been looted of nearly everything valuable. It is unconfirmed whether or not this includes the body of the late King Yaroglek.
After rapid remilitarization, the Vaegirs are once again ready to avenge the loss of an important landmark. While they cannot hope to drive the huscarls out of the now repaired fortress, the boyars have devised a cunning plan to drive the Nords away from the city.
While the Jarls are surely expecting a counter offensive on Rivacheg, a sudden thrust into Knudarr and Tehlrog castle is sure to catch them off guard. The Nords will be forced to scramble into Sargoth to prepare for an assault on the capital, allowing for an assault on the Rock in the near future.
Either way, blood will once more be spilled among the snows of the North.
###In Meta Terms### Welcome to the 30th Calradic Campaign! This event will see the Vaegirs launching an operation to reclaim Rivacheg from the Nords.
If the Vaegirs can encircle the Nord war party by the Carin River, they will continue with their plan to seize Tehlrog and Knudarr castle. If the Nords can hold off the ambush, they will strike back at Jeirbe Castle and Ismirala Castle in a flurry of rage.
/u/Saultnami will be leading the Vaegirs, and /u/Smug_Alpaca will be leading the Nords. A marshal will be appointed if either cannot attend.
The event will be a best of 5 battle map followed by a best of 3 siege.

The provided decks allow DWD to control the balance and pacing of the gameplay, and give some neat card-based characterization to boot. Unfortunately, that gimps the replayability of all but one interesting match. The rewards are interesting, and I'm stoked to start testing and building around some of the jankier options among them. I'm especially excited to see "Pledge matters" cards creating modal options and future archetypes (I suspect posturing well for the next set). Not to spoil things, but the final two fights are great fun, and a serious challenge.
From here on out I'm spoiling things, so if you haven't given it a go yet I recommend checking back in after you play through it yourself.
Unfortunately, the story is painfully linear and expected. There is little to no character change or growth and nothing significant is revealed. There are some groaner lines and unnecessary words packed into most of the dialogue, and every one of the (admittedly gorgeous) comic book interludes. The writing is (still) rough, and the story doesn't save it as in other campaigns.
The one character, Camrin, who has the slightest bit of change in personality through the tale disappears and any plot thread that may arise from her growing ruthlessness is dropped faster than an Oni Ronin. I wish she had seen some resolution or reaction to her story beats. Instead, she serves the redundant role of a counterpoint to Svetya, where Yushkov already exists. No real conflict or confrontation between her and her sister exists. There was some serious dramatic currency left on the table and I'm disappointed in her treatment, even if her card is probably my favorite from the set.
Let's talk about Milos for a moment. He suffers from a similar shortcoming, as just another spear carrier. His sacrifice lacks emotional significance. Perhaps with better dialogue moments or a more meaningful role his loss may have meant more. Unfortunately, he's (in seemingly all ways) Izalio 2.0. He acts as something of a hanger-on without providing any meaningful moments of encouragement or advice to Camrin and Svetya, and jumps on a grenade for a cause he is never shown to have claimed for his own in any significant way. He's a moth to the flame, and little more.
Despite disa
... keep reading on reddit β‘This is embarrassing but I need help for the second part of the Homecoming campaign with this marvel of a deck. I've had to retry multiple times each time to slog through three of the missions and it's time to ask for help.
This is the first campaign where I felt the deck is truly miserable to play with. Almost every creature is under-statted, it's three faction for no reason and the spells are bad to terrible. If the opponent drops a 3/3 at turn 3, it's usually game over as they actually have removal and better creatures after that.

Title
I loved the campaign.
I was bummed that in D1 we could never replay the opening mission.
I want to replay the campaign (without deleting a character) --- in order. (Not wait for random Meditations to come up.)
Although I loved the Heroic mission modifiers in D1, the randomized nature of out of order mission play was not enjoyable for me.
Instead of a playlist, it'd be great to be able to play heroic/prestige (with modifiers) versions of the original story missions.
CODES ARE GONE. THANKS!
Title says it all but I'll break it down more here. The enemies actually frequently got me to low health while not being so aggressive that you're forced to spend half the mission recovering health behind cover. While they certainly weren't the most difficult enemies ever I think this should be the standard for campaign level enemies going forward. Unlike previously these enemies weren't walking 1 health target dummies with storm trooper aim and that just the way that it should be. I saw that bungie put walls up to prevent you from running past enemies but honestly it wasn't really necessary since the enemies hit hard enough that it was immediately clear that you could not run past them and live. If bungie actually makes this a standard difficulty in forsaken campaign missions then thank god! I finally won't have to fight boring enemies anymore and might actually take more time to enjoy the campaign rather than rushing through so I could do end game grinding. Perhaps the best experience of the mission was when I took that long jump down right before you go into the room with the rotating thing. I failed to killed all of the enemies up above and they actually jumped down to follow me which surprised me. This was very good just because it actually made me feel some sense of danger plus the response by the cabal just felt very cabal. Like obviously the war race should chase you down if you run like a little b@&ch. Pls bungie, make the enemies like this and not as stupid as they were in every other iteration of destiny ever.
Summary of points:
I have enough shiftstone to craft one top tier deck and all other campaigns. I prefer playing control, so I'm leaning towards dead reckoning for hailstorm. I'd like something I could ladder climb with. Thoughts?
I didn't remember it being this bad in previous years. There are campaigners that placed themselves in the middle of foot traffic, near random buildings, at Tiger Transit stops and even harassing people at the Walmart on South College for votes. Most promoters get the basic signs that people don't want to talk to them (headphones, looking at phones, walking quickly by) but these girls just won't let up. One group was huddled around a West Campus transit stop and were almost blocking the door trying to get people coming off the bus to vote.
I don't get the point of Miss Homecoming, but to each their own. Just please, please keep it on the concourse. I thought there were rules about where, when and how to campaign.
I'm trying to play the mission with my bro and it says we have too many players despite it saying we can take a Fireteam of 1 to 3. Sorry if it's obvious but this is my first destiny experience.
I know it was probably easier to just add them as is but I don't see why they are locked to one player since everyone start out with A Guardian Rises now. I love those missions and it would change up the Daily Heroic Playlist a little bit moving forward.
And if not can we get the Redux versions added instead?
