My girlfriend and I are both pretty into SpaceX, and I thought she would absolutly love a sign with a unique space related homecoming proposal on it. I've done a ton of digging around the internet and haven't found much. Was hoping some creative minds could help me out. Thanks!

I wanna ask the girl who I really love to hoco and we both really like Homecoming w Chris Martin so can any of you guys help me think of a dope poster I can ask her to hoco with that has a lyric or two tied in. Hoco is Saturday and I’ve been stumped for so long and I know if I need to get this done you guys are perfect for the job.

Alright so HOCO isn’t too far away and I wanna do a Minecraft themed HOCO proposal. It has to be on a sign is the only requirement really. I’m just not sure what to do. Help me brainstorm

Before you get too far, the title is a little misleading, but I didn't know what else to put. A basic background; A friend of mine asked me to Homecoming via a note, it's a cute set-up, folded up paper with 'Hey!' written on the outside, inside it has the yes/no check boxes, a ps and pps saying who it is and apologizing for cutting it so close. Anyway, I've already decided to accept, (he's a chill dude, I like him, not in that way obviously and a lot of my friends have dates that I don't want to intrude on. We'd probably hang out together anyway and it would be interesting, at least) but the problem is how to make it clear I'm not interested. It's not fair to him if I don't and would put me in an awkward situation. I could tell him I'm into girls and I know that he and our collective circle would be totally fine and supportive of it, it's just that I'm not mentally ready and my sister attends the same school (she's chill too, it's just too risky)

So to the point of it all, what should I add to the note? Stormy Something like 'as friends' or 'in a friend/casual way'? I usually try to picture myself in the other role to figure these things out, but I'm coming up blank. Any advice would help a lot. (・–・;)ゞ

hey guys! to start things off, i’ll mention that me and my crush did indeed become a couple, and she is now with another guy. this is a long story, so get ready for the ride!

in my last post, she accepted my homecoming proposal. after this, we spent the next 3 months being essentially an unofficial couple but i’d say we were one nonetheless. we talked everyday, would text, hangout together, and even hold hands and hug. a picture of us together was both of our phone lock screens! things seemed good.

due to us both being out of town/busy on hoco weekend and the following few weekends, we had a late homecoming with just us and another couple. i really enjoyed our hoco and thought after that night it was the closest we’d been. after this day, however, it just seemed so off between us. in the first week after our hoco, she was still putting in effort but things were off at times. the 3 weeks after this, the “off feeling” was only amplified. she would talk to me at school less, and seemed to dodge hanging out.

i went to talk to her 1 on 1 about this, and she listened to what i had to say, then told me that she only wanted to be friends.

i was pretty sad after that. i texted her later asking why she felt that way and for how long. she told me it wasn’t anything i did or didn’t do but that she hadn’t felt romantic feelings toward me in 3 weeks. i told her i accepted her decision but sent a big message just saying how i felt since i didn’t always show it. she left me on read. i texted her again a few days later asking to hear back from her when she wasn’t busy. read again. i tried to talk to her in person a couple days after that and she refused to talk to me.

the other couple we went to hoco with had broken up shortly after. now, the guy (let’s say J) tells me that my crush (let’s say P) got his number the day before she broke us off, and they’ve been talking and are going on a date in a few days. i thought he was a cool friend for telling me, but then he proceeds to go through with it, and then go on 2 more dates afterward knowing damn well what happened between me and P only about a week before.

him telling me about their future date made me connect the dots and it seems so fishy that she met him ON THE HOMECOMING I SET UP FOR US, started acting weird toward me afterward, and is now with him. pretty sucky. other info from her former friends and current friends let me know that she had a history of always flirting with a bunch of guys and stuff like t

For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
