I honestly think it'd be great. Some random dude one the internet living in Texas unable to actually walk for the most part turned the film industry on its head by making them thinking "OMG, we have to cater to all of film geeks out there!!!" I mean, Lucasfilm sent one of their reps to seek him out at a con, just to give him a private screening of "Attack of the Clones" in his hotel room months before it came out, all so that he'd give a great "pre-review" on his website. That's insane when you think about.
Meanwhile there are stories him being more or less just a weird, fucked up dude. Everything from him wearing a diaper to film screenings to the stories of sexual harassment to which his editors said he probably committed but was too socially oblivious to be aware of. That and ripping off his fans on his crowdsourced "television show" that only got partially funded.
I followed Harry Knowles a lot when he first made it big, reading his site daily for any tidbits. But eventually the drama surrounding him became must more fascinating as his site's content became more mundane than anything else.
