A list of puns related to "Hand And String Game"
I saw them at someoneβs house, they are not the usual spring loaded blinds or the ones where you pull a rope, but rather you pull them down say half way, and then from that position you can push them back up without fully unrolling first. They had them on the skylight and operated with a stick. It also had a guide cable along the window.
Whatever I try to Google I canβt find it.
Hi everybody. Maybe some experienced people can give me some advice on this. I am doing some exercises which explain that the thumb is doing lower strings background notes for strings 5 and 6 while the other fingers except the pinkie are doing the melody.
I find it difficult to strum with the thumb without my other fingers trying to move in sync with the thumb. Basically almost impossible for me at this point unless the βbaseβ strings have to be picked at once according to some tabs.
Maybe there are some other exercises to teach the fingers to move independently?
Thanks
I have two conditions, one with my hands (tendonosis/ulnar neuropathy) and one with my ears/jaw (pain hyperacusis). So I can't go outside and I often get so bored I end up typing a lot on here or trying to use voice to text and this screws up my hands/ears worse.
Looking to take up a hobby in video games as an outlet for this, but are there any that require very little mouse/keyboard use and no voice to text commands? I know they've made devices for people without hands but I can't afford that. Just looking for something that maybe only requires pressing keys every now and then (or somehow not at all)? Tried GTA San Andreas with just the keyboard, was too much as I had to keep hand at keyboard all the time.
If I can relax hands to the side and just push a button every now and then, that would be better. Not sure what types of games might require that other than poker/digital card games. Looking for something more exciting.
Anyone have first hand experience using these new machines for game development - or seen benchmarks or videos similar to this? Specifically keen to know how they go using Unity. Looks like Unity isn't natively supported on Apple Silicon yet though.
Would love to know what size scenes and workloads you can do on the M1 Pro, vs the M1 Max. And whether the M1 Max is only worth it for really large scale games. Looking at picking one up soon.
Heya, title gets to the point but ofc Iβm gonna need to give some background. I downloaded the game and noticed it wasnβt running very well on my laptop, no surprise there as this is a game from 2004 and Iβm running Windows 10, but I looked around and got some stuff to fix It, only to find that the stuff I downloaded was decidedly breaking my game more than it already was. The βstuff I downloadedβ was a few mods I liked and the 4GB patch. Now my game wonβt even load: it leaves me with a blue rectangle and immediately freezes, needing task manager to close. I tried the reccomended solutions of deletinng my cache files and removing all the mods I have installed to no avail, so Iβm pretty sure that the 4GB patch is whats causing the issues. Is there amy way to either fix this or uninstall the patch altogether? Tyia.
My cats responses were incredible. They looked pleased that I am playing perfectly with these ultraviolet extensions. and curious as to why I am aware of them. This connection with my cats, being aware and on the same perceptive wave length was as temporary as the duration of my ability to perceive them, the duration of my trip.
Platform(s): PS2
Genre: Stealth, Action, Adventure, Hack and Slash
Estimated year of release: 2000-2008 most likely
Graphics/art style: It was a bit like Tenchu or shinobido with that dark aesthetic but it was foggy sometimes, like in cave area with a small waterfall inside (you could walk inside for a secret passage to somewhere) it was mostly well lit but foggy.
Notable characters: Male protagonist, the boss female boss had a kimono and she always blocked the attacks with her hand fan by holding it horizontally, i can't remember anything else because i always died at the second phase
Notable gameplay mechanics: You had the usual stealth action along with the first person view to throw weapons, although i think my cousin got a bit ahead in the story/missions so i didnt actually fought anyone except the lady in a the shrine. Before the mission started, you could prepare by buying items such as shourikens, explosives etc. i think it was two rows with 10 sphere item slots(?) there was also a sword you could buy but it was expensive, not sure what you could do with it.
The combat itself was mostly 1v1 when i played it and it was pretty slow paced. Although it was tough as hell to get any damage done in the second phase for some reason.
Other details: The weapon sound effects were the typical sword clashing effects you would expect from old ninja games, oh also the HUD was a bit different compared to Tenchu or Shinobido. The health bar was actually vertical, not sure if it was my health bar or the bosses but still it's not in any of the boss videos that i saw.
I'm just starting to play the guitar and I want to know where to put my hand when I pick individual strings with a pick. Every way I've tried doesn't feel right and I can't pick the right strings when I need to. Also, I've noticed that most of my notes seem to ring out whenever I play, but I can't find a "right" way to mute them afterwards.
